Love the bed. Only reason not 5 stars is that original delivery had 2 very different Twin bases. Came from 2 different warehouse for some reason. It was a pain to set it up to realize not the same. But ghost bed did send out replacement quickly. But still a inconvenience.

I LOVE my GhostBed! I’ve never been able to sleep on my back without getting violently dizzy and now with my GhostBed I can adjust the head up and I sleep soundly through the night on my back all night long. In fact I can’t even sleep anymore if I’m not sleeping on my back. Absolutely no pain anywhere in my body! I absolutely love the massage feature on my bed and I use it every single night. Great purchase, it’s my favorite bed I’ve ever owned of the dozens of beds I’ve ever had.

I researched as many brands of toppers I could and decided on the GhostBed topper for my wife and I. Really loved the different sections of the topper and what they did. Ordering was easy, and we received in a few days. I opened and let it expand, while I was doing other things. When I went back to look at it, it looked nothing like what was described, not even close. I called in and was told to send pictures including the tag from the topper cover and it would go to their warranty department. Almost a week went by with no response so I called and was told the warranty department denied my "claim" and said the topper could be slightly different based on where is was made. So I would not be receiving a refund. I didn't want a refund, just the topper to be correct. I totally get "slightly" but what I got was nowhere close. It's like ordering a pair of khaki pants, knowing you might get a version of khaki but getting a pair of black pants instead! I am extremely disappointed in this product and how it is shown and what I received. I'm not one to make a fuss out of things but this really has irritated me. I know the company doesn't care, and that's fine, but it's very poor business. They could have made me one of those people who praised their product but instead, do not buy it. See the pictures I have attached and make your own conclusions. Clearly not even in the same ball park from what i got and what they represent.

My wife and I decided we needed a mattress topper and after our research we chose the GhostBed Memory foam topper. When our topper arrived after several months (due to COVID), we were very excited; however, the topper did not work out. It is advertised as cool and firm but for us it slept hot and soft. Neither of us slept well and our backs became sore. We decided we would return it, however GhostBed responded that due to federal law they could not refund our money (toppers are considered personal use items). OK, it's my bad for not reading the fine print (only mattresses can be returned). Most reputable companies provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their products, so I was really surprised and frustrated when my request to return the topper was denied. Just make sure you review the fine print and are 100% sure the GhostBed topper is right for you. Unfortunately, there is no way to try it out without buying it. So the risk is all on the consumer.

Before this bed I tossed and turned every night! I don't remember the last time I slept through a night, but since I received my ghost bed I feel rested and have more energy through the day! Another thing I love about my ghost bed is that my one year old sleeps with me and when she tosses and turns I do not feel her move. She also sleeps through the night! Final thing I love about my bed is the cooling technology! My daughter and I are both hot sleepers! We put off a lot of heat and typically sweat during the night! Since I got my ghost bed there is no more sweating! Its nice and cool all night, even get to use my blankets again to cover up when we get chilly! LOVE MY Ghost bed!!!!

I will be returning this. There's not enough "give" in the matress to sit on the edge of the bed comfortably to take off socks, clothes etc. I tried to like it. There are aspects of this bed that do nothing to help a disabled person. It sits way to high and if you have leg issues, it is a chore getting into (and out of) bed and getting comfortable.

Amazing! I can sleep with my legs elevated which helps with my nighttime leg cramps. I'd say the mattress is TO comfortable, if there is such a thing, I sleep like a rock, which is out of character for me, I usually dont sleep deeply. We love our Ghost Bed !

My husband and I have been sleeping on the GhostBed 3D Matrix for about a month and a half now, and we love it! I was very hesitant to buy a bed without trying it, but the return policy is generous. I have allergy/sinus issues and love sleeping at a slight incline. My husband snores and so I keep his controller by my side to elevate his side when he wakes me. Setup was super easy.

We took quite a bit of time researching beds and always came back to The Ghost Bed. I am a big guy and the mattress is the best I have slept on. Love it. Still can't sleep through the night, but all the adjustments you can make especially the foot positions and massage make this whole package the best. My only complaint would be the shipping was slow, but the times we are in with this darn virus, it is something we all have to deal with.
