My parents got this for me and my partner. I wasn't convinced it would do much but after two weeks, I notice a definite improvement in my quality of sleep. I used to be a very light sleeper. Coupled with my partner's snoring, i wasn't getting much sleep and wouldn't wake up refreshed. The ghost bed feels like i'm sleeping in a cocoon and I've been sleeping dead straight through the night. His snoring doesn't bother me anymore either which is truly a miracle. The only con is that there is a plastic-y smell on the topper when you first open, and it's taking its sweet time to go away. Two weeks later, and I still get a whiff of it from time to time. It is slowly going away, but takes some time. I was also impressed with the cover that comes with it. Just a few days after getting this, our dog peed on the bed. The cover stopped it from seeping through to the topper though. The topper was completely dry! Full transparency, I am receiving a coupon for this review. Hate it! Never hurt so bad when sleeping!! Tryed to talk to someone about refund or some sort of reciprocation and the gentleman more less said sorry for your bad luck its yours now!!!! It just plain did not work for me!! It's only a couple of weeks old!! If anyone ask I'll tell them stay away!!!

This topper is amazingly comfy! We have an older bed and I was hesitating to make the big purchase. This has definitely added the needed comfort! The only downside was it came with a very strong odor and I had to air it out for more than a week before I could put it on our bed. Not sure why as it claims to be free of harmful chemicals.

For this bed about a week ago, already returned it. Fairly easy to set up and mattresses expanded to full size within minutes. One of us loved the bed, especially the adjustable frame. The other one of us found the mattress way too firm, no give at all; and way too hot. Woke up sore & tired every night. Spouse felt fine and had fewer aches. Return policy was great.

AMAZING! After a long day at work, then standing and running around the house cooking, cleaning and settling for the evening...I have come to very much look forward to sliding into my new Ghost Bed and hitting the, "ZG," button for instant release of joint pressure. There has been nothing like it and I feel relaxed and my body is so happy! We love the massage features as well. We have lots of cats, so we use the under bed light as a warning to them that we are about to adjust the mattress, and they have actually learned to come out from underneath the bed when the light comes on. We are having so much fun learning all that our new adjustable base bed has to offer, and appreciating the evenings of deeper, more comfortable sleep. Thank you so much!

So far, I love my new bed/Adjustable Base Combo Bundle. Having Ankylosing Spondylitis, it is hard for me to be comfortable. I have the 3D-Matrix mattress. Super easy for me to fall asleep in. I do wake up with stiffness in my back which is normal with AS. However, my pain goes away quickly after I'm up. I might say that my cat, Molly gives the new bed a definite paws up as she tries to take over my spot thinking I won't notice if I'm asleep. I may eventually purchase a memory foam topper but, we will see. I would definitely recommend Ghostbed to anyone on the fence about whether it is comfortable or not. I haven't had to call them about anything wrong so I can't answer to how they handle any issues. But, they are quick to get back with me if I message them. The white glove delivery is the way to go as I am disabled and l can't lift heavy things. Trust me, the mattress box and the base box are both heavy as far as I am concerned. Set-up was flawless and the delivery person was great!

My favorite part of this topper is the fact it never gets warm. Living in south Florida and being a hot sleeper to begin with, a topper that doesn’t keep me warm is a priority. I also love the fact that I am buying from a small company instead of a huge chain. Would 100% recommend to anyone; this purchase was worth every penny.

I recently bought a new mattress from another company and it is harder than I thought it would be. Found Ghostbed and thought I'd give it a try. So happy with the topper. I suffer with fibromyalgia and the too hard bed was painful. But with the Ghostbed Topper, I have the support I need with the softness needed to protect my shoulders, hips and knees. Love this product!

We opted for a Ghostbed vs. a Temprapedic due to the price point. The Ghostbed is good and meets our needs- we especially love the adjustable base. It's a little firmer then we would've liked. We do love the stability of the mattress- we can't feel each other moving around. We utilized the "White Glove" delivery service and this was less then ideal. Our bed sat in a warehouse for a couple of weeks prior to being delivered to us. They scheduled one date for delivery and then just never showed up. I had to call to find out what happened and then was scheduled for a new delivery date a week later. On the day of the delivery, I had no idea what time they would be showing up. They were also supposed to call me within 30 minutes of arriving at my house. This never happened so they just showed up randomly. We also purchased the headboard brackets and these did not come with the bed setup, they were shipped to us separately- good to know if you are purchasing these. Overall we would recommend Ghostbed- just not the White Glove delivery service.

The base is solid and relatively easy to setup with one person. The bed features were exactly what we were looking for, and the remote control is intuitive to use. Only complaint is the bed is too high with the 11" legs so need to order the shorter legs.
