Over all comfort is great, my only complaint is it squeaks and makes noise when you have any movement in the bed. Not as quite as I thought it would be when you raise the bed also. Love the pillows and the mattress is everything you want for a good night sleep.

It was very nice to see that the remote came setup already with the base. I I had to do is screw in the legs that were very easy to screw into the base. Everything else was was already completed. The remote has nice features that allow you to set you favorite setting. The recommended sleep has the head elevated but the legs low. I personally like to sleep with the head and feet elevated a bit. The massage is a bit noisy and my wife rather me not use that when going to bed. I had a sleep number before this so its a bit challenging to get the right mattress. I started with the Flex and will be going to the Matrix 3D after the 30days are over. I am very happy with the Ghostbed and hope to enjoy this mattress for many years to come.

We did our research and narrowed our bed choice to a couple before deciding on the 3D Matrix King with adjustable frame. The bed and adjustable frame were easy to setup. Just note that the mattress inflates quickly once opened. We have been using the bed for a little over a month now and I have been happy with the purchase every day when I wake up rested and without back pain. Hands down the most comfortable bed I have ever owned. Service was good during and post sale. The representative was friendly and knowledgeable. Buy with confidence!

Husband and I have tossed and turned on a "similar" company's mattress for a lot of years. We put this topper on and in a matter of days we were having the best sleep we've had in a LONG time. I don't have to fight for a comfortable position anymore, my hips and shoulders no longer ache...and I don't even wake up my husband when I get up in the mornings because he's sleeping so hard. We LOVE it!!

I've owned sleep number for 22 years and thought I was happy. I recently purchased a second home and wanted to stay far away from sleep number so did a bit of research - found Ghost. I cannot say enough! No more backaches, no more sweating all through the night. The massage just lulls this tired body right to sleep and I stay cool and comfortable not even waking up every couple of hours like I've been doing in the sleep number bed. WORTH EVERY PENNY and the white glove service was also AMAZING!!! I've told everyone I know to try this bed and when it's time to replace my beds at my main home they will be Ghost as well!!!

I'm soooo happy with this purchase. The mattress is truly comfortable. It's bern years since I've actually found a mattress that works for me. The adjustable frame is fantastic. I didn't realize the bells and whistles that were a part of it. The lights and massager are wonderful.

My wife and I are so pleased with the electric base. We have a twin sized Ghost Bed, so we were sent two twin XL's for the base. They arrived in two large, heavy (120+ lbs.) boxes. We got them upstairs and began to set them up. We had an issue with the sliding deadbolt in one of the frames and had to make a small modification. On the other base, one of the USB outlet covers had broken in transit and the head massage unit was rattling badly. I had to do quite a bit of work to that base, and it still isn't 100%, but who is going to try to return one of these things? After setting them up next to each other, I had to synchronize the bases and remotes (so they move together). This process is a little termpermental, but we got it figured it out. 95% of the time, the bases do exactly what we're needing. However, there have been a few times where one base doesn't seem to get the remote signal. As a result, only one of the bases move and the bed is cockeyed until we get the other one to get with the program. I'd say that's a hazard of the wireless remote, though. On the whole, we're really happy with the experience and would repeat it. I'm hoping it would be a little less troublesome next time, but the end product was worth the hassle!

I feel like it took forever for this to ship but it was worth the wait! Don’t waste your money on a cheap mattress topper. You get what you pay for. It is well worth spending a little extra and being totally satisfied. This mattress pad does everything it claims to do. It doesn’t hold the heat like others I’ve tried it’s so so comfy. You will not regret this purchase!

Love, love, love this bed. It’s been many years since I slept this well. No break in period needed. Would not hesitate to recommend this bed. Only change I would make is to find sheets that can change themselves. (Split king). Assembly instructions and installation were clear and easy to follow.

The vibration feature is best if you are laying on the left side of the bed. If your laying on the right of the bed it is very light because the motor is only on the left. The people at ghostbed didn't even know this. They gave me the number to the manufacturer of the bed and they let me know it is designed that way. Terrible feature if 2 people are sharing the bed.
