I have a love hate relationship with the new bed. I love how my sleep has improved most importantly. The bed is comfortable and I no longer wake up multiple times at night. I do not like how the mattresses slide so easily side to side. I wish there was a bar on the side as there is at the bottom to keep them in place.

We love our new split king. So far everything is as expected. Really like the preprogrammed remote. You press the little book icon on the remote and automatically it sits you up and bends your knees. Quite the luxury. Also the light underneath is a great feature in the middle of the night.

I like the adjustability. The mattress is soft, yet firm. My girlfriend was able to set up the bed with ease, so installation was a cinch. My back issues have almost disappeared. My girlfriend has some leg issues, nut those issues have decreased with the zero gravity setting. She just lays down with her feet elevated and her pain goes away after about 20 minutes,

Missing screws upon delivery told to use match sticks to help secure . Then 2 -3 months later more screws fall out. Now im told they will send people into my house during covid to assist me . Warranty is a joke. They sell a defective item an exclude it from the warranty refund

Very comfortable after a long day on one’s feet. The topper does not trap body heat and cause sweating like the previous one ( another brand) did. The protective cover is an added plus. I did not think the response to my inquiry on shipping status( sent on day 15) was super customer friendly- but the topper shipped that night so all’s well that ends well.

We have been using this bed for a few weeks now and it is exactly what we wanted. The mechanism is very quiet and adjusts easily. The price was very good for the quality of this bed. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an adjustable bed.

The bed is so comfortable and easy to use. The split king is great because my wife and I sleep at differing positions. I only wish I had bought this bed earlier in life. It makes a great difference in my sleep and my energy level the next day. Plus the ability to adjust the bed has helped me almost eliminate my acid reflux issues. I snore less as does my wife. Better sleep better quality of life! Amazing bed, Get One!

We have now purchased two toppers. The first was for our camper to help with the very hard mattress. Since my wife indicated she sleeps better in the camper, we opted to get one for our home bed. My only disappointment has been the length of time it takes to receive it.

bought the Ghostbed Luxe mattress and adjustable base and I am so happy! The customer service I received through chat with my questions was very informative and helpful. I only took one day to decide the ghostbed was right for me. I ordered my bed on Friday and had received both pieces by Wednesday. When I had an issue setting up the base, Matthew in customer service knew exactly what I needed to do. I have had the best sleep since! I wasn't sure about ordering a bed online when I had no opportunity to lay down on it first but it was such a great decision. Having a 100 night trial is awesome but I noticed a difference the very first night. I would recommend and have recommended ghostbed to anyone that is looking for a new bed.

Had a bunch of questions on the topper and chatted with customer service. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. I took the chance and ordered and have noticed a big difference in the past few weeks. Been sleeping more throughout the night and have not been waking up with sweats. Highly recommend.
