The bed arrived in several boxes and it was very easy to set up. The ability for anyone to set up. I like the adjustable split, but I don’t like how the two mattresses slide away from each other. The comfort level of the bed is great and, most days I can’t wait to go to bed . The bed has the right amount of firmness that my back likes.

The foam topper makes me feel like I am sleeping on a cloud! My kids are fighting over who gets to sleep on it. Love that it comes with a cover as well. The only thing is it does feel a little warmer than I thought, but it is summer and hot. I'll know more as the weather changes.

My husband and I are very pleased with our bed. As we are getting older, we've been experiencing back and hip pain, but this this bed has allowed us to sleep much more comfortably. We can adjust the bed to take the pressure off the painful joints. And I love the massage treatment -- we just set the timer and doze off. The set-up was easy. The instructions aren't very detailed, but it was pretty easy to figure out. We have talked about this bed so much that 2 of our friends have since purchased their own GhostBeds. My only disappointment was with the delivery. Our bed came in 4 separate boxes, which were delivered over 3 separate days and the mattresses were delivered before the adjustable platforms. Fortunately, we didn't dispose of our old bed until the new one was received. Unfortunately, that meant we had 2 king-size beds in multiple pieces that we had to accommodate throughout the house for a few days. There must be a way to coordinate the delivery so that everything can be delivered at the same time. In the end, I can say that the wait and inconvenience was worth it.

The bundle we purchased was top to bottom worth it. We wanted a new bed and foundation, and will be coming back for more sheets. The sheets were and incredibly comfortable addition. We were also tremendously surprised by the pillow set. I will never own another pillow.

The Ghostbed flex mattress and Adjustable base size queen.. i gave hip issues so needed a better bed. Ordered and received in a timely manner. Setup was pretty easy but you will definitely need more than 1 person to setup. Pros: many adjustments on the bed, the flashlight on remote, the lights underneath, comfortable mattress. Cons: my sheets pop off a lot when using the Adjustable base in the TV position. This was helped by ordering some of those sheet elastic clips. Also, the massage feature is kinda weak and just a vibration. After 1 week the base seems to have lost some of its strength when lying in bed and trying to adjust the head. Would definitely recommend the flex mattress but still not so sure the Adjustable base was a good buy.

Get this bed! It is amazing! Life changing! I have lots of post-chemotherapy issues and this bed has helped tremendously. I replaced a Sleep Number bed with the combination of the adjustable base and Ghostbed mattress. The Ghostbed mattress provides constant support in all the right paces while also alleviating any areas that may cause pressure points. The zero gravity setting on the adjustable base keeps the swelling and fluid out of my feet and ankles. I LOVE this bed!

Over all comfort is great, my only complaint is it squeaks and makes noise when you have any movement in the bed. Not as quite as I thought it would be when you raise the bed also. Love the pillows and the mattress is everything you want for a good night sleep.

We got the Ghost Bed Mattress topper for our guest bed because we had not bought the best mattress. I had to sleep on the guest bed after the mattress topper was on it and it made such a difference that we are ordering another one for our bed. I have a hip issue and it cushions your hip and feels so much better.

When we assembled the Ghostbed we were thrilled that it fit within our existing queen size frame, so there was no visual change to our bedroom. One slight issue. With the standard legs the Ghostbed was slightly higher than our original bed. When we received and easily replaced the 6" legs the height of the bed was perfect. And much easier for our required Personal Support Workers to make and handle our limitations. They love it.

My Friend had the bed already for a long time, he showed me all the features and the things the frame brought, lights on the bottom of the frame, the base capabilities, I was impressed, specially the price tag, he had it for a long time and he hasn’t had any issues with his bed. The instructions were also easy and clear to understand, the pictures of the components really help in doing the set up One minor issue I had, I wish the wire that comes from the bed to adapter was at least 3 or 2 feet longer. Also when I receive mine there was one minor issue, the power adapter didn’t work after a week of use, so I contacted costumer service, they send me an email to send some pictures and additional information, later on after a week I got a new adapter that work perfectly for now, hopefully everything is good, The base is actually quite heavy but is totally worth it, it fits comfort with the bed frame I currently have and I can easily access the bottom of my bed without having to lift anything. Over all I think is a good base and I’m going to give GhostBed the benefit of the doubt on my situation because sometimes things happen and my friends base has last him years already so hopefully my base last me a while
