I am very happy with this bed. I like the feature which allows me to press one button and it completely goes into flat mode, because I have poor dexterity. According to my son-in-law who is a mechanic/elevator/knowledgeable, the mechanism of the motor is much superior to the old adjustable bed I had, and would be more durable. I am also very pleased with the way the order was taken and delivered promptly.

Love the bed frame , so nice to be able to sit up and a read book or watch tv, Zero G setting is great for sore back. We had issues with foot massage motor but Ghosted sent out a new one fairly quick. Still trying to decided on mattress, but we still have over 70 nights to decided.

The adjustable base is easy to operate and provides good support. The remote is nicely labeled with a backlight button to see the controls at night. Much better than others I've seen. Be aware that the base is not a wall hugger, so when the head is raised, your bedside table will be less easily accessible, but we just slid our night tables out from the wall and bit and everything works great!

The mattress is so comfy! Soft without laying "in" your mattress. Easy to assemble and pair the base for king size. Only complaint was shipping, and its hard to complain too much about that with the pandemic, and it still arrived within 10 days of order.

Four years ago I almost died. I spent 3weeks in high level care and three months in a nursing home. After sleeping in hospital beds for so long, I couldn't wait to sleep in my own bed. But that wasn't meant to be. I couldn't sleep in my bed...my back and hips hurt so bad that I slept in my power lift chair. Ordered the Ghostbed Luxe for my aging parents and they absolutely love it- the mattress is not too hard, not to soft! My Dad says its the best sleep he's had in years! We’ve been sleeping on our Ghost Bed for about 6 weeks now. I use a sleep app on my smart watch and it told me I was getting a better quality sleep from the first night we slept on it. In the past 6 weeks the length of sleep, number of restful hours and heart rate dip have all shown improvement. The bed is comfy, a good firmness for us but I don’t find it to be as cooling as others have said. It arrived within days of ordering and the packaging made it easy to move up the stairs. It was easy to put together and we used the brackets to connect our head board. A couple of things I’d suggest - invest in sheet straps. Without them to secure our fitted sheets I did find they had an annoying tendency to pop off when you move the bed’s head position. We bought two remotes thinking it would be nice to have one on either side of the bed in case one person fell asleep first and had the remote on their side of the bed it would be handy to have another in reach - that didn’t work because it appears you can only have one paired at a time. We like sleeping in the zero gravity setting but I found my husband was more likely to snore like that so it takes some work to tweak it and learn the best position for you. Neither of us are overly tall but I do find when you move to the TV watching position for example, you’ll need to hike your butt back or you’re feet will hang over the end. In other words, it will take some getting use to the different settings. Overall we like the bed and we’re sleeping better. We definitely thought the price was competitive and the shipping was fast and appreciated that it was made in Canada. Built in USB ports are also a useful feature.

When you think it can't get any better, it does: BINGO, buy the topper, especially if you have pressure point issues with pain. We have significant pressure point issues with shoulders, back, joints, and hips; this is definitely the sweet spot - you'll feel like you are cradled in comfort without the uneasy feeling of sinking in foam. This topper has definite sides/edges to it, a very good thing, compared to many in that the sides have no definite edge. After my experience with my topper, my hubby had to have it and he has a lot of knee issues. Comforting luxury is the best definition and it retains the cooling feature of the GhostBed Luxe.

I've only had this bed for a few weeks but I love it. The mattress is firm but it's a comfortable firm. I have medical issues and being able to sleep with my legs elevated has made a huge difference in my everyday life. I haven't tried the USB charging ports yet. If you're on the fence about this bed buy it. It's worth it.

We have had our adjustable base combo for a month now. Absolutely love it. The mattress is firm (not hard) and supportive. There is no heat transfer. We allowed 24 hours for the mattresses to expand. The adjustable frames were easy to set up and have all the imaginable features. From the very first night we have experienced a deeper sleep than we have in years. Could not be happier. Also bought GB mattress covers, they fit perfectly and stay in place.
