Very nice product. Had to have a base replaced but had great customer support. Comfy hybrid bed - nice to have adjustable features. Base seems very solid and is a breeze to set up (just get help is you need to carry upstairs!).

Easy setup, shipping was great nothing damaged. Combo and comfort is unbelievable. Also great feeling awesome in the morning. This was a great upgrade.

Very easy to assemble, no tools required. Took maybe 5 minutes from delivery to fully assembled. Easy to work. Preset positions are great. The usb ports and LED light under the base are a nice addition. With the lux mattress a great combo.

We just had guests and they were the first to try out the memory foam topper. One who normally has back pain slept great and they said it was very comfortable.

Mattress topper is a good quality product that delivers on its promises of better and cooler sleep. It takes a long time for the product to be delivered (6 weeks).

This bed sits up pretty high even with the 11 inch mattress. I have to use a step stool to climb into it. I wish there was a way to lower it. We have the adjustable frame.

Previously, my partner and I have tried to put the headboard on risers, invest in numerous pillows, and other tricks to get our bed in the right position. Now, we use a remote.

The bed is becoming more comfortable. Was quite firm at first which was very different from my old mattress. However it feels much better now. I very much like the adjustable frame. It has been easier on my back. Great for reading and watching TV.
