Awesome delivery well packaged we got 2 twin xl for a king made it very easy to get to second level we bought the 3D matrix loving that mattress enjoying the massage feature

We waited months and considered cancelling our order but glad we didn’t. Both my husband and I had separate sleep issues and we are both getting relief with this topper.

Not really a fan of this bed. We went from a regular king size to the split king and it seems smaller. From a comfort perspective it’s okay not really impressed.

I’m experiencing neck, shoulder and lower back stiffness. I bought the mattress hoping it would alleviate waking up stiff, still having trouble sleeping well.

I'm not straining my neck to read in bed before sleeping and now I'm getting a better night rest with my sweetie sleeping at one angle and me at another. We are happy as can be.

ordered the wrong size and couldn't exchange for the correct size as we opened the topper. We didn't know it was the wrong size until we tried to put it on the bed. Communication was nonexistent as well as shipping being extremely slow.

Mattress topper is a good quality product that delivers on its promises of better and cooler sleep. It takes a long time for the product to be delivered (6 weeks).

This base is smooth to operate and provides all the functions one would need. It was fairly simple to set up, although the shipping process bent and took out a few screws which need to be replaced. Overall great bed.

setup was easy but frame was very heavy to get upstairs. fimnesss is good, comfort is good, i did find because we have the head elevated i slide down and my neck gets kinked.
