I bought this bed without having seen it before or tried one. I researched all all the beds on line to find one that fit my size, my sleeping habits and I LOVE my new Bed! the coils and foam combination made the best combination for me - support but comfort to my shoulders and hips. I'm surprised at how much I like the ability to raise the head and feet... I sleep longer. The massage part just shakes the bed. Like putting a quarter in the beds you see on TV. I like all the features - phone charge ports and lights.

Due to an accident my husband has back issues. While moving out are heavy old beds he aggravated his back and was in a lot of pain. Whenever he aggravates his back he is usually in pain for days and barely moving. That night he found a comfortable position in the ghostbed turned on the massager and the next day he was feeling pretty good. After a few more nights on the bed he told me this bed was really making a big difference in his back. Thank you ghostbed we both really love our new bed.

Hello,  After waiting a month for our GhostBed Base delivery,  it finally arrived today. The box is in deplorable condition. I've attached photos as proof. I don't know if there's damage to the base itself, it appears to have gone through a shredder. I was promised by Emmerson from Ghostbed a Grey Queen Sized sheet set would be delivered with our order as compensation for late delivery. I've attached that as well. This is extremely disappointing as we received confirmation we'd receive it within 4 days of purchase. We still haven't tried it as we just received today.

I will be returning this. There's not enough "give" in the matress to sit on the edge of the bed comfortably to take off socks, clothes etc. I tried to like it. There are aspects of this bed that do nothing to help a disabled person. It sits way to high and if you have leg issues, it is a chore getting into (and out of) bed and getting comfortable.

My morning aches and pains quickly disappeared. The bed was more firm than expected but is very comfortable. Love the adjustable features, the lights and the massage feature. Once it turns off your whole body tingles and sleep comes fast. The cooling is great but the mattress cover does impede its effectiveness slightly. We have carpet so the 2 bases don't shift at all. Set up was super easy. The mattress had no smell and we could sleep on it the first night. Very happy with this purchase!

I decided to look at ghostbed after my parents got one but we missed out on the refer a friend since I ordered before we new about it. This seemed the best deal for our money compared to other similar beds out there. Set up seemed easy, my husband was able to set this up within 30 minutes since the bases are mostly ready to go. The picture is a little misleading as it looks like there is one king sized adjustable base, however it comes in 2 XL twin adjustable bases that have a syncing cord (and bases are non refundable). Works great so far. I got the luxe mattress for cooling as my husband sleeps hot. It has been comfortable and he says it cools fast when rolling over and then back. Overall we are pleased with the purchase but we are still within the first 30 days. I suggest reading the FAQ as there is very useful information in there.

My Wife and I decided to try the Ghostbed with the adjustable frame to try and help with her snoring issues and my neck problems. The investment turned into some of the best sleep we have had in years. Thanks to Ghostbed we are sleeping in the same room again.

I bought this bed with an adjustable base for my husband and I. He has Parkinson's disease and needs to sleep at various positions. This bed is so comfortable. It responds to your body. It is so enveloping, never want to get out.. I work in my bed, read in my bed, and oh yeah sleep much better. I think it has helped with my sleep apnea. Yeah.

The adjustable base is chinsey and not worth the big $$$. Remote feels and works like a late 90tys tv remote, nothing special or neat about it. The frame feels weak and rollers on the lift plates are cheap plastic. Now the massagers are about the most ridiculous part of this bed. Gimmicky trap. One plate for the upper area and one plate for the feet. There isn't a massager, its just a loud vibrator on a steel plate. I don't know how they can even market it as a massager. Ghost does a lot of things right, but if I was Ghost Bed I'd be embarrassed to sell this product especially for the ridiculous dollar amoun.

I bought the adjustable base combo and am currently a little over 60 days in to the trail and have already contacted CS for a remedy. So here goes... Delivery: Received the mattress two days before the base. Both are heavy, but with two people can be easily set up with no problems. Was able to sleep on the mattress the same night with no weird smell. Base: The instruction manual was easy to read and understand. Also describes all the functions and features. The included USB ports are nice, but charge super slow so I opted for my normal chargers for devices. It also slides, a lot! So make sure you also invest in the brackets to keep the base in place. The primary con for me in regard to base is that the anti-snore function worked for about two weeks and then stopped. Have to manually adjust to that setting. Further, the vibration patterns go all wonky every now and then. Mattress: I opted for original ghost bed, and height is a bit lower than my old mattress. The sides droop down when sitting on the edge, so it feels as if you'll slide right off when putting on shoes. The firmness is good, but my husband and I both wake with back pain that is typically worse than it was. That claim was my primary motivation for purchasing in the first place. Mattress needs to conform to base adjustment still as certain positions leave gaps between the base and mattress. Returns: you can return/replace the matress within the trial period. However, base purchases are final. If you choose to upgrade the matress, hen your trial is complete and you're stuck with the new one for better or worse. Customer service is excellent, however, I wanted another couple days to discuss whether to fully upgrade or just return the matress and go with a different brand. Was told than fine and made an appointment for a follow-up. That was mine days ago, with no emails or calls from the company since. This is not the first bed that I have purchased online, but now my advice is to go into a physical store and try any mattress that catches your eye or matches your criteria for a new bed. For the price, I want to be sure that a mattress will meet my needs and I'll not be stuck with a bed that promises one thing but doesn't deliver. I was hoping my experience would be much better.
