[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the new fridge with the brass handles. I love that it came with both colours (brass and stainless).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] product is great super quiet, directions for install and video was perfect

The refrigerator is beautiful i love that it has two sets of handles for it. So in case you change your mind down the road or change your colors

More bang for the buck. This refer works great and looks even better. We used this refrigerator for our pantry, and everyone loves the look and how cold it keeps everything.

I just recently acquired this beautiful appliance. However, the refrigerator door got damaged during a move from the garage to the kitchen. I love the refrigerator/freezer

FYI WATER LINE INSTALL - this uses a plastic water tube 'press fitting' and NOT a traditional metal water line. you likely need an adapter available at most hardware stores, be aware before you have this fridge in place and the water shut off. Best Buy standard 'installation' will NOT be able to do it. Pros - Dimensions were correct as indicated, appreciate that it was 24" depth without doors. it does look nice. Cons - feels pretty lightweight, worried about durability. Limited shelves and no 'deli' drawer in the fridge, but that was shown in photos. The sides are not smooth and contrast with the doors. There are a couple of mechanical components on the top of the fridge that stick out.

have tried calling and emailing for the water filter, and hard to locate the correct one

The water dispenser is nice but occasionally gets jammed when full ice cube mode is selected. One of the condiment plastic shelves broke already and we only had the fridge less than 2 months. Fridge is a side by side but did not realize on what space you lose for larger items needing to be placed inside the fridge. Would consider another Forno product but maybe a different fridge model

A company that wants a review when there is no customer service number to help you with anything after the sale. This review is not about product it is about the ease of registering.

However, our water and ice maker are not working on the outside of the fridge and we have only had for two months. Waiting on someone to contact me regarding this issue.
