I recently bought this mattress and I'm very happy with it. It's extremely comfortable and provides great support for my back. Medium-firm wonderland!

I absolutely love this mattress! I got the Serta Heather Ridge Medium Pillow Top, and it really feels like the best of both worlds. It has enough firmness and support without feeling hard, and the pillow top makes it really comfortable. I've been sleeping great on it so far. Definitely happy with my purchase! 😴

Great Night Sleep 😴

First night me and my husband didn't wake up with neck and back aching. We did go with the 14in cool Twist because of my hot flashes. It helped !! So glad it Made in the USA !! It was very comfortable when we got into it !!

Great Mattress!

This is a very comfortable mattress at a great price. We are very happy with this purchase. It took several weeks to get delivered, but we are used to that in our rural area. We got a King in Medium firmness.

Medium is more firm than expected

If you are a side sleeper i would not recommend the medium. It is pretty firm even after a month it's still causing a lot of back pain and my arms fall asleep. Nicely constructed bed. Going to return this one when i get the plush. I had to order since they only stock the medium at the club.

RXO could never get it to me so I was refunded.

I gave this a one star because of RXO delivery. I never did get my mattress. I was told my delivery would be between 4p-7p. The deliveryman called at 5:50p and was 12 minutes away. After about 45 mins, I got a text that my delivery was unsuccessful and would have to be rescheduled. I spoke with 6 -8 different agents trying to get information and a new delivery time. I finally gave up as each time I was told it would be at least a month before I could reschedule. RXO is the worst. AVOID them. As for the mattress, sounds like it would have been nice.
