these awe awful 😖 they are like chewing on an old shoe 👞 really disappointed by the quality. if i didn't live a hour and a half away i would definitely return them.

I really enjoy these and considering how gross I think the Sam’s bakery cookies are that is a huge surprise. I’m noticing a lot of reviews complaining about them being dry and I would encourage you to return them to your individual stores because if these are coming out dry, that means your store is over cooking them. I feel bad that these are getting sort of a bad rap because of individual bakeries. We buy these and store them in the fridge for roughly 2 weeks before getting to all of them. I heat them in the microwave for about 30 seconds and they come out soft and delicious every time.

Something has changed with these cinnamon rolls. They used to be very moist and tasted wonderful, but the last 2 times we've purchased them, they are hard as bricks, very dry and not edible. It's almost as though the dough isn't rising as they are very dense. You could break a window, they're so hard. we won't be buying them again. Sam's Club....PLEASE FIX THIS. Go back to the previous recipe.

I was so excited to try these and was met with great disappointment. Immediately just picking one up they were super hard. I tried biting one and it was so dense and dry. I decided to heat it up and it was still so bad! The only good thing was the icing but the roll itself was so horrible.
