These were dry, not cinnamony at all. The frosting was ok, but there was too much of it.

Why did you change recipe/process? They used to be awesome, these are very average

Awful, the outer part of the roll was stale even though the date showed they were fresh and had the texture of paper. What happened to these cinnamon rolls, they used to be the best.

These are not even close to being as good as the original ones in the pan without cupcake wrappers. Those Cinnamon rolls were the best I’ve had! They were wonderful! Who cares what they look like if they taste amazing and look homemade!

Everyone is saying they’re back. Yes they look like the way they used to when they were good, but they’re still something wrong with them. They’re not the same. This last batch, The outside was so hard. I couldn’t even eat it. The cinnamon inside is gooey, and doesn’t even taste like cinnamon They need to get back to the original original.

These were extremely dry and warming them up in the microwave didn't help. I finally removed the frosting, which was good, wrapped the roll in a wet paper towel and microwaved it for almost a minute to get them soft with some moisture. I then refrosted them. That made them at least palatable. I won't be buying them again.

These used be really good; bought several times in the past but stopped. Decided today to buy again. Now they're horrible. Tough and dry; puts me in mind of what cardboard and paper would taste like. Microwaving for 10 seconds did not help. What a waste of $10.00.

They are very hard. Like no butter used in them.

These cinnamon rolls are too hard and taste old. It feels like I’m chewing the cupcake liner. I thought that took a bite out the paper for a second.

We always get these as a treat. Although they used to be almost double the size they are still full of sweet cinnamon flavor topped with a cream cheese frosting. Delicious served cold or warm but we prefer warm.
