Hard, dry even when heated as instructed on the packaging. Icing was not true cream cheese icing. Do not recommend!

These were great at one time. Now feel like they are fried not baked. Tasteless fried donut with glob of icing! Disappointed!

Nasty, dry,and paperlike. I threw them out and got my money back.

The dough/bread was weird. Like a dried out croissant. I didn’t taste cinnamon at all. The cream cheese frosting was decent. I won’t buy these again

Brought back a Temu version of the original cinnamon roll that was previously sold. I've gone back to purchasing mine from Cinnabon in the mall.

so disappointed. there is no way these were made fresh today. hard as a rock and even microwave didn't help.

My school purchases these to sell at concessions, and they are always a hit! I am so glad that Sam’s Club brought them back.

well the flavor was as good but the softness is no where near the original, but way better then the one they try to replace the original with.

They changed the recipe and these are not good in the cups. They are tough and do not taste the same as the large rolls they used to make. Very disappointing and I will not buy them again. I used to buy them frequently.

We picked these up in Johnson City TN, we tried one after we got home and they are awful. The roll itself was very stale and so tough it was hard to eat. Wasted money and it’s too far to return. We won’t be purchasing again.
