These use to be a 10/5, but last two times I have ordered them they’ve been nasty and dry. I normally warm for 25 seconds and they’re doubling sweet and filled of cinnamon. Now they are almost stale tasting with hardly any flavor. Change of ingredients? Go back please.

I really enjoy these and considering how gross I think the Sam's bakery cookies are that is a huge surprise. I'm noticing a lot of reviews complaining about them being dry and I would encourage you to return them to your individual stores because if these are coming out dry, that means your store is over cooking them. I feel bad that these are getting sort of a bad rap because of individual bakeries. We buy these and store them in the fridge for roughly 2 weeks before getting to all of them. I heat them in the microwave for about 30 seconds and they come out soft and delicious every time.

Love these! I stop in just to get them! And always pick up other things along the way.

These are smaller then the originals but still taste great. Awesome they brought them back.

Why did you change recipe/process? They used to be awesome, these are very average
