It was super easy to set up and use. I was able to clean it quite quickly and then I just found the whole apparatus to be super tight

It's good quality blends everything smoothly haven't had a problem with it. No complains here. It's cute and does its job very well

I love the way it blends the food so well. However, it ran hot after the first batch. Now it says E4! Please refund my money!

The unit we bought has a model C27-O-2C-7USP I WAS UNABLE TO PLACE IN THE SLOT PROVIDED TO CHOICE FROM SINCE IT ENDED IN 1.

It easily over heat, used continuously for 20 minutes. After 20 min. I can't hold the handle because it is hot.

This was a gift for my 78 year old mom with arthritis and she was very happy & said it works great & easy on her condition
