I researched as many brands of toppers I could and decided on the GhostBed topper for my wife and I. Really loved the different sections of the topper and what they did. Ordering was easy, and we received in a few days. I opened and let it expand, while I was doing other things. When I went back to look at it, it looked nothing like what was described, not even close. I called in and was told to send pictures including the tag from the topper cover and it would go to their warranty department. Almost a week went by with no response so I called and was told the warranty department denied my "claim" and said the topper could be slightly different based on where is was made. So I would not be receiving a refund. I didn't want a refund, just the topper to be correct. I totally get "slightly" but what I got was nowhere close. It's like ordering a pair of khaki pants, knowing you might get a version of khaki but getting a pair of black pants instead! I am extremely disappointed in this product and how it is shown and what I received. I'm not one to make a fuss out of things but this really has irritated me. I know the company doesn't care, and that's fine, but it's very poor business. They could have made me one of those people who praised their product but instead, do not buy it. See the pictures I have attached and make your own conclusions. Clearly not even in the same ball park from what i got and what they represent.

I originally did not order the adjustable base. Since the foundation base was back ordered, I upgraded to the adjustable. It is very quiet to operate. My cats no longer run away when I raise or lower the bed. I like the USB ports as well. Hopefully it will last.

It has everything pricier bases from other companies have, including a handy light and USB ports. My only issue so far is the mattress seems to slide a bit too easily on the base. It’s not like it’s going to fall off while it’s adjusting, it just seems to slide to the side progressively day to day from getting in and out. But the mattress is light and easy to move so it’s easy enough to correct

Love this base. I had no clue what I was missing until I took a chance on the adjustable base. The edges are soft so you don't take out a knee in the middle of the night. The USB ports underneath the base and the underneath lights are the features I never knew I needed.

It took us just minutes to put the base together on two Twin XL Adjustable Power Bases. The mattresses were then opened and put on the beds. Again, just minutes. Then it was time to try the remotes. Each bed had the head moved and the legs moved and each returned to the normal position. Then, I made the bed. I haven't gotten around to using all of the features, because I haven't had a chance to read the manual. One more thing, the mattresses expanded fairly quickly and when we rolled them out and removed the plastic, there was a GhostBed Tshirt in each mattress. Thanks GhostBed. Now, my neighbor did tell my husband that the name of the GhostBed was kind of freaking her out. Oh well, she isn't going to be sleeping in the beds.

I am really disappointed in this topper. It was expensive for what feels like foam. It gives no support, to soft and I get up with a backache every morning. I have used it about a month, rotating like instructions say, trying to give it a chance, but not getting any better. Wish I could return and get a refund.

I purchased the split King 3D Matrix Bundle. The bedding material is excellent. I'm still getting use to the pillow, but believe it is going to be fine. It's not a pillow that you are going to ball up or change the shape of. The density of the pillow seems just right. My only complaint is there is no structure to the outer edge of the mattress. If you sit on the edge you will sink. Don't plan on sitting on the edge of your bed to put your shoes on. I weigh 195 lb. and the 3D Matrix I would consider a soft mattress, so if you weigh more than 200 lb. you may want to consider another option, maybe the Luxe. I'm a side sleeper and this mattress does take the pressure off of my shoulders and conforms quite well. I have had no back pain with this mattress. The adjustable base is pretty quiet. The remote is an odd shape and wants to squirt out of your hand. It is easy to use and has many functions. I think the vibration modes are a waste, but you don't have to use them. The buttons on the remote light when one is pressed, but they don't stay on very long.

They work as specified and are easy to pop on. I didn't give them five stars because it really seems like you should have a choice of shorter legs with bed purchase. Seems wrong to pay a lot of money for something so simple to make the bed safe for the elderly.

So far, the bases seem to work well. When we assembled them (we bought two) both of them had to be taken apart and adjusted so that we could lock the frames. There is a lever that locks the frame flat after you unfold it - the holes did not line up on either base. Someone who is not mechanically inclined would NEVER have been able to assemble these beds. Also, would like it if the remote had a background light that stayed on longer. Doesn't even stay on for a full second so it's impossible to use unless you turn the light on.

Love this base! I have some neck issues and have been trying to stack pillows up so I could sleep in a more upright position( side sleeping would often trigger migraines!) so great to push a button and presto! Perfect position! And the generous number of USB ports! Amazing! No more tangle of extension cords for me to trip over in the night! There’s even underneath lighting ! Really cool feature! The only downside is one of the legs fell off! We contacted ghost Ed to see what to do about that, hopefully customer service will be great too
