Love the mattress. Most comfortable mattress that I have ever slept on. There is an odor to it that takes about two weeks to go away. Packaging was good but the mattress is VERY heavy! Some handles on the box and on the mattress itself would be great. There are presets on the remote for the adjustable bed. I don't care for the presets and wish that I could set my own or make adjustments to the presets. My wife has a bulged disc and this mattress has made it easier for her to get comfortable and get out of bed in the morning. That in itself made this purchase worth every penny spent!

This bed is just amazing!!! As a plus sized woman who has struggled with back issues, sleep apnea, and poor quality of sleep throughout the last 13 years, this bed has been a game changer! I am sleeping better than I have in ages! I didn't remember what it felt like to be well rested! The adjustable base is amazing! Quiet and the massage feature is just lovely! I am so happy with this purchase!! Worth every penny!!!

Purchased the 2 twins king sized adjustable bed. Sales person said installation was simply plugging it in. NOT!! I hired someone and it took a couple of hours....just so you know. So far the bed is okay.....a part of me wonders is it's a bit firm, but then I have a bad back so know too soft won't work for me. I am on the fence. I like the fitted bottom sheets -- the top sheet for this king split isn't really wide enough to cover 2 people.......they need to add at least another 12 inches to the width. Bought the pillows. They are thick-- you can take foam pieces out until you get it like you want it. I like the massage feature on the bed. And adjustments.

I really LOVE the features on my adjustable base GhostBed! Shipping left the outer box in shreds, but was so pleased when I unboxed and set it up. Very easy to set up and easy to use. I used with my own memory foam mattress and works like a charm. I like the under bed lights as an added feature! I do wish it were a little higher off the ground - but overall am very happy with the purchase.

I installed my bed which was fairly easier that most other beds and didn't take long at all to set up. Assembly was even easier to follow. Instructions for the remote do not fully explain what the functions are: like the ZG button, haven't discovered what it does yet and the pamphlet does not say either. You can't play with the remoter too often though, it says it will reset on you. I know I don't want get caught in between the bed if decides to fold up on me while in it. LOL :)

I'm a 34 year old physician and my wife is a nurse. I started to develope some neck pain from our 8 year old bed. I would wake up with my head wedged between the bed and the headboard. Needless to say, after review extensively, including consumer reports, I decided to buy the split king with adjustable frame. All I can say is WOW! My wife and i are THOUROUGHLY pleased. No more waking up with "morning neck." The bed is firm, yet plush. The adjustable frame is very sturdy and well built; I believe it will last a long time! Set up was simple, i did it alone in 15 minutes. This setuo was the best value for the dollar I could find. Overall, I would say 5/5! We love our bed and look forward to many more restful nights.

We got the mattress topper for our king mattress. It didn't really make that much difference. Also, even though we have deep pocket sheets, the topper caused all of our sheets (no matter what the brand) to come undone at the corners, and we wake up in the morning with a sheet that is all undone and crumpled underneath us. We wouldn't return the topper (if we could) but we also would not buy one again. Sorry, we really wanted to like it!

I have had a mostly miserable experience with the mattress. My shoulders, back and hip are in so much pain, I wake up 4-5 times a night. The adjustable base works fine and the mattress does have a cool feel to it, the most positive points of the purchase. I will be initiating a return as soon as the 30th day of the trial period ends. This mattress may work well for some people, it just doesn’t work for me.

The ghostbed flex has great support and has a nice gel type feel when you first lay down. We got the adjustable base. The tv preset goes a little too high but all the other presets are nice. The king comes in two twin frames with a wire that syncs them with one remote.

Excellent product. We compared to others and this was much better quality. Very sturdy, has many features and the massage feature is incredibly quiet compared to others we looked at. All for a reasonable price. Only negative, minor at that, is that it took awhile to ship to us.
