Really like the adjustable frame. The Luxe mattress is great for my wife, but not for me. I need a firmer mattress. I am heavy, and have arthritis. I have submitted an email to you for mattress suggestions and am awaiting a response. Other than mattress on my side, we are very satisfied with purchase.

Great price on the bundle and we're enjoying the mattress but with the 101 night warranty to be sure , we've decided to try a softer version - the Ghost 3D Matrix...I read a couple of reviews that says it's really great for people with back pain (unfortunately, that's me & the husband). Great customer service & I'm looking forward to working with them on the upgrade!!

I ordered this bed ensemble well over a month ago & today I finally received the last component needed to assemble it. You want to know how I like. DON'T KNOW! It hasn't been put together because I haven't had all the parts until today!!! Please recalculate my free 100 day trial period. This has been ridiculous in trying to get a bed!

I have isthmic spondylolisthesis and being able to adjust the bed and vibrations has seemed to ease some of that pain throughout the night! My husband says we should have gotten a split as we don't always agree on a position while we go to sleep. Other than that my only complaint is the head vibration box tends to overheat and stop working until the following night.

I will need these for all three, soon to be four, ghostbeds with adjustable frames, that I have purchased. The set I remove will go to a frabricator to see if they can be cut down and made useable for a more reasonable price as they can not be exchanged for the shorter ones. THIS IS ANNOYING. You can not sit on the tall beds without causing the mattress to slide away. Jumping on the bed or building a platform next to the bed on both sides can be a solution. I have no other choice than to recommend this item as the 12 inch legs are too tall and the screws/bolts are not standard. Sadly, we all love the beds and that is the reason I will not return them. If I must, I will be buying 3 more sets.

I truly thought I would love the split king, however now that I have it I don’t sadly. It’s a great concept if you’re someone who sleeps in one spot and doesn’t move around while sleeping! I have to adjust the mattresses everyday because they are sliding off the base! I’d return it however the 100 days is foe the mattress only, which I did not read closely enough obviously!

I am a side sleeper. It has helped my shoulder pain but it’s hot. I have the Ghost Bed Luxe and it was a bit too hard. Of course, I didn’t come to that conclusion until after the return date. So we decided to purchase the mattress pad due to the cooling aspect that everyone raved about. That is not my experience at all. This runs hot.

Had a bunch of questions on the topper and chatted with customer service. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. I took the chance and ordered and have noticed a big difference in the past few weeks. Been sleeping more throughout the night and have not been waking up with sweats. Highly recommend.

The installation was simple except the fact that one of the two TwinXL was missing a power cord. Both bed presets do not stop at the same height. I found the LEDs really useful, the brightness does not disturbed the other side of the bed. We have been using the bed for more than two months now and this is the reason I gave four stars.

When I received my Ghost Bed, I had been sleeping on a well-worn and nonsupportive Sleep Number that was long past its normal lifespan. It took me a couple of nights to get used to the firmness of the Ghost Bed, but now I love it, can't wait to go to bed at night because I know I will sleep better than I have in quite a long time. The comfort level is through the roof. I'm in love with my new Ghost Bed.
