The whole ordering process was great, the items were delivered in a timely manner, boxes not damaged. I haven’t personally been able to try the bed out, due to personal issues, the pillows I have tried and I love them. I will be more than happy to give a another review later about the bed when I have had time to rest on it.

I seriously hurt my left hip by sleeping on a futon that caused so much pain because it was so hard. I should have purchased this 6-8 months ago, but I waited. This is the most FABULOUS memory foam topper. My back doesn't hurt as it did before, and I DO believe had I purchased this before my left hip got so severe, I would be able to sleep on my left side without discomfort. One of the BEST investments I have ever made. Also got the cooling topper cover as well. Keeps you cool and comfy the entire night. Love it!!!!

My experience to date is mixed. It's very comfortable but seems overpriced. Also, one side (mattress and base) tipped over as I got out of bed and I fell to the floor. When I called, all GhostBed offered was the suggestion to place a carpet under the bed. I'm hoping my experience improves.

I bought this mattress topper hopeful that it would help my lower back pain from arthritis and other issues. I do not like it at all. I tried to return it, given that the reason I chose this company over other brands is the 100+ night trial policy. Apparently I didn’t read the fine print that mattress toppers are excluded from this trial that they brandish all over their website. So I was denied a refund. I can’t recommend this topper, or this company.

I have a bad lower back and I can set it exactly where I need too. Spending time each day in the Zero Gravity mode is heavenly!!

We were able to set this up in 60 minutes husband and I were quite amazed how easy it was to do. Were loving the mattress took no time to fall in love with it. Love the massage and the timer so auto shut off, no more sore necks from reading or watching Television in bed. The foot raise has helped with resting the legs and taking pressure off both legs and feet feel much better as no sore feet when stepping out of bed in morning.

We love it. So nice to be able to sleep with the comfort of knowing if you need to elevate your head , use the night light surrounding the underneath the bed for a bathroom trip you're not disturbing your spouse. We highly recommend it. The only thing weren't explained was what or his to pair the TV or what the phone cords are for or where they hook up @. We're 72 & 74 yrs. Old so can't get down under bed to check out how anything would hook up.

I made the mistake of buying a regular mattress that was supposed to be "plush" but it was far from it. So I was searching for a solution to make it more comfortable. Well this ghostbed mattress topper has solved my problem! An otherwise too hard of a mattress is now Comfortable and I can now get a restful night of sleep! I highly recommend! The adjustable base has changed my life for the better! When I was deciding on which mattress to purchase, I was not sure the adjustable base would be worth the cost. I decided to splurge and get the adjustable base. I'm so glad I did. It gives you so many options to adjust your head and feet. After working a long, hard day, I can't wait to lay in the 'zero g' position. It takes all the pressure off my lower back and helps me sleep like a baby. Delivery of new split king beds was problematic to say the least. If delivery could go wrong, it did! Wondered if we would even get who bed, not just the bases! However, once received, White Glove Delivery was excellent. New beds sleep wonderfully well. Happy with purchase!
