There are a lot of reviews that are mentioning late shipping but that’s not what I experienced at all! The customer support team was quick to address any concerns. My only issue with delivery was the package is just one super heavy box (so damage occurred while in transit to the packaging, not the bed or frame itself). Now onto the bed— it’s amazing! Seriously amazing. The massage feature is a tiny bit loud but you can’t hear it outside a door, so that’s great. ZeroGravity feature is wonderful, and I’m constantly using the Book or TV feature to prop myself up when working from home. The remote has a handy flashlight, and there’s a button that illuminates lights under the bed if you need to locate anything. Bed itself is actually pretty high up so you can store things underneath still—bonus! I can’t attest to other mattresses & their functionality with this bed frame, but I can say that with our memory foam mattress, it works beautifully. The only thing I would suggest, is to purchase sheets that are a size larger than your mattress. When it’s switching into different adjustments, your sheets can spring off, but that’s a really tiny “issue” when compared to all of the wonderful features of this bed. If you’re looking for a great addition to your bedroom, an upgraded night’s sleep, and unparalleled comfort— definitely grab yourself a GhostBed (or memory foam mattress) and splurge on this frame. The only downside? You won’t ever want to get out of bed!

Trying to find something comfortable for 2 military veterans turned cops is hard! This bed has been amazing for both of us. Sleep quality has increased, we aren't waking up in pain anymore, falling asleep is easier.... I couldnt ask for anything better. I recommend this bed to anyone!

Love the ghostbed adjustable base. The motor is quiet and work as it should. The massage motor is nice too and not too noisy for the 2 first speed but the third speed is really loud tough. Was easy to assemble, took like 10 min. I dont regret choosing ghostbed.

After we lost everything due to a house fire, I wanted to replace my Temper-Pedic mattress. Since Ghost Bed looked similar at a fraction of the cost, we thought we’d give it a try (especially because of the money back guarantee). I’m happy to report that we will NOT be sending it back! We love our bed so much and am so glad to have saved money on the purchase. This is such a great bed - the only problem is our children love it so much, too, and we have to shoo them out to their own beds.

Had to.order these 6 inch legs to replace the 12 inch legs that came with the mattress and frame not sure why they just couldn t make them to split in half to begin with had 3 sets for a Queen bed and a King size as though paying over 3000 wasn t enough for these beds very disappointed

We both like it very much. Especially the price. We checked out other beds, very similar in quality but with an outrageous asking price. Your bed has all the same features but with a fair price. Again we are both enjoying it very much. One problem.......it's very hard to get out of because we are enjoying it that much........lol Thanks again for a great product with a fair price.

The product itself is awesome! The motors are very quiet and it's movement is gradual and smooth. The lights underneath and multiple usb charging ports are very convenient. Unless positions and a bunch of different vibration modes with up to a 30 minute timer. No wonder it won first place in 2020 for best adjustable base. It gets my vote

Love my new split king bed. Comfortable and can't feel when my husband gets out of bed at night. My only complaint is that the legs are not adjustable. We also bought the 6" legs but they were too short. So my husband cut down the original legs to 9" and that's the perfect height for us. We did pay for delivery and set up and that was flawless. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased two Twin XL frames for a King size set up. The base is well made a very easy to set up. Basically you screw on the legs and slide a pin in to place and you're done. The motors work well and make a slight humming noice when operated. The remote offers several preset positions, two memory buttons you can program, and an infinite amount of adjustments for head and legs independently. The side USB charging stations built in are a nice addition, as is the flashlight button on the remote. The bed also has under bed lights which you can turn on via the remote to light your way if you need to get up in the middle of the night. It's a nice feature for safety and also will not disturb your sleeping partner. Why only 4 stars? Well, the remote has many button so it's not easy to figure out in the dark. Although it lights up you need to hit s button to illuminate it. It would be great if it lit up when moved like my tv remote. Also, the under bed lights should be motion censor activated. If you step out of bed the lights should come on. Instead you need to grab the remote and try to locate that specific button. Lastly, the legs have hard plastic bottoms. I'd prefer something softer especially on my hardwood floor. That can be addressed with an aftermarket pad which they can sit on for very little cost. I suppose these issues are very minor, but still some room for improvement. Overall I like the adjustable base a lot. It certainly makes watching tv, using an electronic device or reading in bed much more comfortable. In fact, my back and body seem much more relaxed with my head and feet slightly elevated versus laying flat. I would highly recommend and would purchase again.

We recently bought just the ghost bed for for our king size mattress and it works beautifully....better than we expected. We love it. It was so easy to install and set up. I recently had a semi hip replacement and a fractured scapula...my recovery could not have gone so well or quickly without the ghost bed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
