We have had our adjustable base combo for a month now. Absolutely love it. The mattress is firm (not hard) and supportive. There is no heat transfer. We allowed 24 hours for the mattresses to expand. The adjustable frames were easy to set up and have all the imaginable features. From the very first night we have experienced a deeper sleep than we have in years. Could not be happier. Also bought GB mattress covers, they fit perfectly and stay in place.

Bed is dangerous. It will tip over. Lack of quality in several parts especially in the sprockets the legs are screwed into. Mattress is very comfortable but quality and design of base takes this down to 1 star. It is claimed this bed will support 750 pounds. I am no where near that weight and even with a replacement base the exact same defects are occurring. Scary to get into or out of bed as base tips and there’s nothing to hold the mattress from shifting side to side when turning on side or getting in or out. I can recommend the mattress but find another base. The base is very heavy which adds to the danger and potential harm

The mattress is very comfortable. We went with the split king but wish we had done the full king mattress. The gap is very noticeable and there is no way to keep the mattresses from sliding apart slightly. When I contacted about a possible return for a full king they told me they don’t do returns for size reasons .

We purchased this bed as an upgrade from a old split king we were using. Setup was a breeze. The mattress is supportive and comfortable. The foundation has a sleek profile The added features like under bed lighting USB ports and massage make the value even better. I would highly recommend GhostBed.

I upgraded to a queen and searched far and wide for a foam topper. This one was a game changer. It wasn't too heavy and just unfolded perfectly onto the bed and the slip cover with elastic edges prevents it from moving around. I never want to get out of bed in the mornings!

The Gostbed is easy to set up and operates quietly. It makes watching TV or reading in bed so very comfortable. It is a quality product and has the most competitive price for an adjustable bed! Best purchase I ever made on the internet. Thank you Gostbed.

I bought the adjustable base combo and am currently a little over 60 days in to the trail and have already contacted CS for a remedy. So here goes... Delivery: Received the mattress two days before the base. Both are heavy, but with two people can be easily set up with no problems. Was able to sleep on the mattress the same night with no weird smell. Base: The instruction manual was easy to read and understand. Also describes all the functions and features. The included USB ports are nice, but charge super slow so I opted for my normal chargers for devices. It also slides, a lot! So make sure you also invest in the brackets to keep the base in place. The primary con for me in regard to base is that the anti-snore function worked for about two weeks and then stopped. Have to manually adjust to that setting. Further, the vibration patterns go all wonky every now and then. Mattress: I opted for original ghost bed, and height is a bit lower than my old mattress. The sides droop down when sitting on the edge, so it feels as if you'll slide right off when putting on shoes. The firmness is good, but my husband and I both wake with back pain that is typically worse than it was. That claim was my primary motivation for purchasing in the first place. Mattress needs to conform to base adjustment still as certain positions leave gaps between the base and mattress. Returns: you can return/replace the matress within the trial period. However, base purchases are final. If you choose to upgrade the matress, hen your trial is complete and you're stuck with the new one for better or worse. Customer service is excellent, however, I wanted another couple days to discuss whether to fully upgrade or just return the matress and go with a different brand. Was told than fine and made an appointment for a follow-up. That was mine days ago, with no emails or calls from the company since. This is not the first bed that I have purchased online, but now my advice is to go into a physical store and try any mattress that catches your eye or matches your criteria for a new bed. For the price, I want to be sure that a mattress will meet my needs and I'll not be stuck with a bed that promises one thing but doesn't deliver. I was hoping my experience would be much better.

It is not often that you come across a product that delivers on its advertised features as well as Ghostbed does. I have purchased 3 of these bundles over 5 years. The adjustable base works flawlessly. The mattress is comfortable and provides support of the lower back without any stressful resistance on hips or shoulders when laying on my side. Since receiving my first set of sheets and pillowcases, I was so pleased that I don't buy any other brand. The pillow cases perform so well that my wife uses them along side her silk ones. Elevating the head and foot makes putting on the fitted sheets effortless. Raising the foot or head of the bed combined with the massage settings is fantastic recover therapy for aching, overworked muscles. I use the massage feature every night as the final step of my relaxation routine and fall asleep quickly. I believe that the therapeutic effects available with this bundle are so effective that I recently purchased a bundle for my uncle to assist in his recovery from back surgery. He reports that the bundle is wonderful.

The bed felt comfortable instantly and was very simple to put together. My only “issue” is that the legs for the base didn’t screw in perfectly. I figured out that I needed to screw them in at an angle. This was a push gift for my wife giving birth to our baby. The adjustable base makes breastfeedings a breeze. 60 days in and she’s extremely happy.

this took about 6 weeks to ship and get to me but it was worth it. i shopped around a bit for mattress toppers and this one was consistently rated highly. I've noticed my sleep improve as well as my partners. It soft and conforms in the most comfortable ways but bounces back quickly so the mattress doesn't feel lumpy. I would definitely recommend.
