I ended up getting the GhostBed Luxe to go along with my adjustable base. The base does take some getting used too if your a side or belly sleeper like I am. But I certainly feel more relaxed and less cranky in the morning after sleeping in zero-g mode!

Satisfied with bad once I can get into my bed I'm partially disabled and didn't realize how high it was having trouble getting up onto the bed and wasn't told that I could have gotten shorter legs for the bed so other than the shorter legs that I wish I had put on the bed I'm satisfied thank you who is my wife

We purchased the adjustable twin XL power bases to help us sleep better and boy did it help! My husband doesn't snore as much, which helps him feel more rested In the morning and since he is no longer snoring all night, I no longer wake up 15 times a night!

Very comfortable but bed is loudly creaking and legs are wobbling and bending after less than two years of use. Customer service rep, Kim, would only help me to repurchase malfunctioning parts, insinuating the bed is sturdy and that I must haves dragged the bed around or had too heavy of a mattress on it or had misused the bed. I am a small person who sleeps in the bed and I purchased the thinnest mattress ghost bed sells. She said they can’t guarantee their product without paying for white glove service, though she doesn’t recommend the white glove service since she doesn’t trust this third party. Unbelievable! Hoping the frame lasts more than a few creaky years

Remote feature is an asset. The only problem is that we fall asleep with it in the bed and roll over on it! There is not a handy place to put it as when the head of the bed is elevated, we cannot reach the bedside tables at the head of the bed. We will have to "invent" a remote control location station somewhere at the headboard.

Fantastic bed! I received the order quite fast, and the frame was very easy to assemble, exactly as they instructed. Very happy with the bed frame so far, no issues with any parts, the bed frame is exactly as ordered. The only problem was how they delivered. They dropped it off on my porch enclosure , received no notification that it was delivered nor did they even ring the doorbell as someone was home and we found the box sticking out of the door hours later. This ruined the gift giving as we were planning to have it set up as a surprise and the person receiving the gift was the first to find the box sticking out of the door.

Bed and frame arrived separately. The frame arrived first and seven days later, the mattress arrived! I assumed when you ordered a “set” both pieces would arrive together? The mattress is like sleeping on a marshmallow. I called to complain about how soft the bed was, and I was told to remove the mattress and walk on it to remove air, and to repeat this process over the course of several days. Okay, nowhere in the “instructions” (on the side of the box), are you instructed to walk on the mattress over a period of several days, before installing it on the frame. I walked on the mattress a few times a day over the course of a week, and then drug the mattress back on to the adjustable frame, and saw little improvement. Also, there are no handles on the outside of the mattress, and I live alone, so removing a queen sized mattress from the frame by yourself is quite challenging. I must wait 30 days to return the mattress, and I’m like a little kid counting down the days before Christmas. I cannot wait to be rid of this mattress! If you weigh 95 pounds, it might be a great bed, but I do not. I’m 5’11” and weigh170 pounds. If you sit on the side of the bed it collapses to the frame, zero support. I sleep in the middle of the bed. The remote control is great, and the lighting/ illumination feature underneath the frame is nice. The massage feature is a joke, as the mattress absorbs the vibration and whatever movement you feel is very, very subtle.

We love our new bed, it’s so plush and comfortable. It’s the perfect balance of softness and give, without being too soft and losing its stability. I have to say I have never had a more comfortable bed than this! It’s luxurious to be able to set it to sit up or raise my feet, whatever position I need is at the click of a button. Even the sheets and pillow that come with it are super high quality and lovely. I highly recommend this bed!

Mattress is fine, I don't like the pillows they're to hard, cover seems very nice, 2-3 white washers on frame mechanism is broke off and the slide pins and lock won't slide they don't line up doesn't seem to be a problem so far I hope it continues that way. Thank you!!

Hate it! Never hurt so bad when sleeping!! Tryed to talk to someone about refund or some sort of reciprocation and the gentleman more less said sorry for your bad luck its yours now!!!! It just plain did not work for me!! It's only a couple of weeks old!! If anyone ask I'll tell them stay away!!!
