Very comfortable after a long day on one’s feet. The topper does not trap body heat and cause sweating like the previous one ( another brand) did. The protective cover is an added plus. I did not think the response to my inquiry on shipping status( sent on day 15) was super customer friendly- but the topper shipped that night so all’s well that ends well.

It has been only 3 weeks that we bough it and already noticed the difference. Great value, most of all, so comfortable for someone with spine and hip problems. Adjustable to you comfort, and the massages are great!! Also de amount of time for delivery got us by surprise!! less than a week.

The website heavily promotes a 101-day sleep guarantee, but that only applies to mattresses. The fact that this item is not returnable is buried deep in the FAQs. One must click on on an FAQ question just to learn that this is considered a "personal item" and that it is therefore not returnable. So, no 101-day sleep guarantee on this or any other mattress topper, just on mattresses. I bought this thinking that if I didn't like it, I could return it, but that is not at all the case. There was no flexibility on this even though I had no idea of this before I bought it.

Purchased the 2 twins king sized adjustable bed. Sales person said installation was simply plugging it in. NOT!! I hired someone and it took a couple of hours....just so you know. So far the bed is okay.....a part of me wonders is it's a bit firm, but then I have a bad back so know too soft won't work for me. I am on the fence. I like the fitted bottom sheets -- the top sheet for this king split isn't really wide enough to cover 2 people.......they need to add at least another 12 inches to the width. Bought the pillows. They are thick-- you can take foam pieces out until you get it like you want it. I like the massage feature on the bed. And adjustments.

The components of the bad did not arrive at the same time but not a big deal. The adjustable base went together very easily. The mattresses for vacuum sealed we open them and allow them to sit for 24 hours before we slept on the bed. It’s incredible how good the bed sleeps. The sheets are great and the pillows are phenomenal. I’m really glad that we got the complete package.

I purchased this topper several months ago and even though it took a while to get it is well worth the wait. I have tried a couple of other toppers over the years have never found one that is as good as Ghostbed Topper. I was just about to go and buy a new mattress but I am so glad I didn't. I am now sleeping pain free!

I love my new bed bundle. The frame is wonderful. It has a remote that I can put the head up or down while reading or watching tv. There is a massaging mechanism with more than one speed and 3 options for the time of the massage. There are lights on the underside of the bed if needed to get up at night and no need to turn on a ceiling light. The matrix mattress is wonderful. It gives me the support I need but not too firm. It is also cooler which is a nice feature. It’s great for neck and back support.

I am really enjoying my sleep at night now. The bed is really comfortable. The only thing I think they could change is they need to be able to tie the split king bed frames together so that it still feels you are sleeping on a king size bed and the animals do t fall through the cracks

Since getting this bed my nights sleep have been much better I no longer wake up aching firmness of the mattress is great my wife loves it because she can’t feel me moving at night I still must get used to the split between the mattresses otherwise it seems to be a great bed

For the past 2+ years, I’ve been sleeping on our couch because I needed to sleep with my head raised up some And our old mattress dipped backwards lol. It was so uncomfortable, but better than lying uneven with springs poking in my back. My sinuses drained, I tossed and turned, I snored (he snored!) and I didn’t get good rest. It took several days to adjust to the mattress, because my body just wasn’t used to sleeping good- I had to basically adjust to proper sleep, and find my correct position .... but now I sleep like a baby. I also used to lay awake for hours every night because of anxiety and insomnia... but now I Set my sleep position and turn that massage feature and zzzzzzz. OUT. They were so easy to set up, too. We had them up and ready in minutes! My only “complaint” and it’s not even a big one... I wish I could figure out a way to make them slide less. Since we have 2 twin power bases, they aren’t connected and the straps don’t seem to hold them together well enough. Also the legs slide on the hardwood floor. So we have to line them up several times a day and push them back together... any suggestions on keeping them together and in one spot? (But that’s not a real complaint... I’ll take that minor inconvenience over sleeping on the couch any day!)
