I bought the adjustable base so that I could elevate my head more comfortably when sleeping. I love that I can get just right for me. Sitting up in bed while watching tv is so comfy too. The 12" legs are perfect to still be able to store stuff under the bed and the bed doesn't look too short. The only 2 things I've noticed is that the massaging option isn't very strong. I guess it's more just for nervous system relaxation than actual relief but I still like it. I also thought the motor to adjust the bed would be quieter but I have nothing to compare to. It's not loud but it is noticeable though. All in all though I'm loving my adjustable base and I'm so glad I bought it. Shipping was fast. I'm pleased.

The assembly and setup was easy and fast. My husband and I set everything up within an hour. Love that you can adjust the bed to where you feel comfortable! It is a little to get used to when you got from a bed that can’t adjust. The mattress is comfortable and we both sleep on our separate sides and don’t roll or toss too much anymore!

It is a great bed and I don't have much new information to add to the good reviews I read before buying. However, one thing I can speak on that might be helpful to others is Sleep Apnea. I have it very bad (90+ events per hour when untreated) and, even with CPAP maxed out and after trying bipap, I still couldn't break 20 events per hour even with a cpap and a miserable wedge pillow. The anti-snore setting on this bed instantly improved my AHI (according to my cpap) from around 20 per hour with a wedge pillow, cpap, and constant back pain to about 3 with just the cpap and resolved the back pain entirely (all while being truly comfortable). I am not a doctor and this is only one person's experience but, I've had doctors charge me far more and accomplish far less so, I figured it was worth sharing.

I bought this for my grandfather who needed help sitting up and down in a bed and also getting comfortable while he was very sick. The joy this bed brought him was amazing. He learned the controls easy, and was happy he could change his position without having to call for help. He compared it to an at home hospital bed, but with a couple extra features (like the massager and underneath lighting). When it arrived (queen size) we picked it up from outside and brought it up to the bedroom. Although it was considerably heavy, it was very sturdy. Setting it up (installation) was quite easy to complete. It only took about 10-15 minutes once unwrapped. I didn’t like that some of the cords appeared loose underneath the bed, but it is underneath and no one would ever see it. I put the batteries in and it started working instantly with their old mattress. It was perfect! The one thing I would recommend to GhostBed, add a wrist wrap feature for the elderly/sick so they won’t continuously lose the remote. That was the only thing I had to continually help grandpa do. It wouldn’t be useful for most, but that extra option would be nice. Or maybe a wall/furniture holder? (I didn’t see one but it doesn’t mean it isn’t an option!)

Easy process. Put legs in and plug in and flip. We had 2 twin xl ship as large suitcase type do just unfold. Yes the mattress in a box doesn’t look right but it’s great. I have legs issues so having feet up is incredible for swelling and inflammation. For the price might as well order the mattress cover as. I went the next day and ordered since most in stores are same price. Would buy again

Products received on time and complete It was easy to assemble and setup as well as the high quality material as described before the purchase. We have had very well and restful night sleep and getting better every night. We are very happy to make our dissension and purchased the ghost bed and bedding .

The head to toe bundle was amazing! the bed is so comfortable the adjustable bottom is smooth and the vibrations for the head and feet make sleep easy.. the only bad thing is that the legs on the base are not sturdy it makes the bed squeak and the legs tend to tilt. so now i am having to find or make a different bottom for the bed... the legs are just not sturdy.. but the pillows and the sheets and the bed cover are perfect. the bed would look much more elegant if the bottom adjustable frame actually had better support and a closed frame around it, other wise it looks a little tacky

We are very happy with our Split King bed with adjustable base which allows us to adjust positions individually. I have significant back problems and have not had a comfortable night in years until our ghostbed matrix mattress purchase. The cooling effect really works and improves the comfort significantly compared to any other mattress we’ve had... and the sheets are incredibly soft and comfortable.

no hank neer heard from you use frame tired of messing with u people u got pitcures and bed frame 3 times frome me and my daughter telling people all about the way u do bussines sell new thinings but send out used tore up stuff u people never anser but keep asking for the same thing serial number and pitcures u got them 3 times as in the old ball game your out

We bought the sheets from ghost . They are so slick that at times we have almost slid off the bed. They slide off the pillow cases. I have a lot of back issues and so far when I wake up my back feels worse but I know it will take awhile to adjust. The !ed seems lumpy. I have been sleeping in a recliner for 2 years.
