his bed is great, all the knots aches and pains that I experienced sleeping on our regular bed disappeared after one night on the Ghostbed. he Luxe mattress is great on my side but the wife would like to try the 3d matrix upgrade. I would highly recommend the Ghostbed!

Not happy with the new mattress or adjustable bed frame. We tried it and the bed does not support your body like A memory foam. Very disappointing. The sides do not have enough support if you sleep by the edge it sinks right down. When I called for the return I feel Like I’m getting the run around. Now I’m Being told the frame is not returnable I was never told that if I bought a bundle you had to keep the frame. This is very disappointing to me. All they could say was well it is on the website. When I purchased it I was told if I wasn’t happy I could get a full refund within the trial period.

This is the best decision I've ever made. My Temper-Pedic mattress was 20 years old - so I had to do something! Ghostbed is wonderful - I can't say enough good things about it and the adjustable feature is fantastic - I have acid reflux and it helps me with that immensely. The LoadUp feature worked so well - the techs who came were so nice and made sure everything worked as expected. Thank you GhostBed so glad I found you!

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the adjustable base combo bundle. The mattresses are high quality and we have had no issues with the base. It is very comfortable - I will never go back to a standard base. I love being able to reconfigure the settings for the utmost comfort. I also love the light under the beds, it is bright enough to see well but dim enough to be used for an extended amount of time. My only complaint is I wish there was a connection between the two sides of our split king bed. When the beds shift, sometimes we wind up pretty far apart. However, we love being able to adjust our positions to our own liking. I wish the remotes were of a little higher quality - we frequently drop them and the back pops off and the batteries fall out. We had to tape it closed, which works but is a little unsightly.

We purchased this combo to replace our double pillow top bed, and it’s been a life changer. It really is the coolest bed on the planet. I use to wake up in the middle of the night completely drenched and that does not happen anymore. I use to also toss and turn all night trying to get comfortable, which also doesn’t happen anymore. We found a good setting that works for my wife and myself with the feet slightly elevated and the head just barely lifted and we sleep like babies. We hopefully will be ordering the mattress protector and pillows soon to finish out the whole Ghostbed experience. I recommend Ghostbed to my family and friends already, and they are eager to try it out as well.

This topper has made a world of difference in my quality of sleep. It is soft enough that I feel like it hugs my body, but not so much so that I feel like I'm being swallowed up by it. The topper provides just the right amount of support for someone like me with chronic pain due to fibromyalga. I'm able to fall asleep quickly and, the best part is, I no longer wake up in the night because of pain.

Received the bed and mattress protectors in no time. The sheets arrived soon after. Looking forward to purchasing the Ghostbed mattresses to be ready for my mother arrival so that she can start to enjoy the comforts of this very smart sleep investment.

Very heavy and awkward to maneuver into home but unboxed without difficulty. Found a random screw and washer and had to put that in its place. Unfolded the base and it was found to be covered underneath in sawdust from manufacturing. I tried wiping it away only to find that there were also metal shavings hidden as well and ultimately cut my hand. Putting pieces together was very simple but was very awkward to get flipped around because of size and weight. After 3 weeks of use, screws have been falling out left and right. Contacted customer support and they were great but haven't heard anything from anyone to explain to me why this is happening and what will be done about it!

The mattress is so comfy! Soft without laying "in" your mattress. Easy to assemble and pair the base for king size. Only complaint was shipping, and its hard to complain too much about that with the pandemic, and it still arrived within 10 days of order.

Purchased my bed in May and did need some help setting it up but 0nce I got that help it did go up very easy. I didn't even have to remove the old bed frame and headboard. The new one set right inside the old and works perfectly. The mattresses are much more comfortable than our old mattress and the sheets are so nice i am buying more.
