It was offered at a good $ Not sure if a lost or damaged one would be covered in the warranty??

Thus far the bed is very comfortable. It has not remained as cool during sleep as expected though.

Works Will Bad Goes flat fast took well over a month to receive

Great foundation easy to 6se great remote highly recommended

12498GBUS Having problems with the edges being too soft and sink in when I sit or lay

No shoulder, hip or back pain. Like sleeping on a cloud, no pressure points

The battery cover comes off too easy. Had to change remotes the second one was better

Night lite (green) was unexpected and a bite bright. Again mattress slide side to side.

Perfect solution for making the bed low enough for my tiny 5" tall mum!

Very comfortable -fits deep mattresses well and good quality !! Love it
