Very easy to set up. A night of very comfortable sleep is experienced. I also liked that the topper kept me cool while sleeping. I was so excited that I also purchased the sheets to go with the topper. I now enjoy a total premiere sleep experience. My wife purchased the Dormeo topper and likes my topper better.

Not happy with the new mattress or adjustable bed frame. We tried it and the bed does not support your body like A memory foam. Very disappointing. The sides do not have enough support if you sleep by the edge it sinks right down. When I called for the return I feel Like I’m getting the run around. Now I’m Being told the frame is not returnable I was never told that if I bought a bundle you had to keep the frame. This is very disappointing to me. All they could say was well it is on the website. When I purchased it I was told if I wasn’t happy I could get a full refund within the trial period.

We did a lot of research and thought we would “take a chance” on the Ghost Bed. We saw all the competition at local stores, and after seeing the reviews online we bit the bullet and ordered two Twin XL units. The units work great (we use them separately), and all functions work as advertised. NOTE: these ARE NOT wall-hugger units, so keep that in mind. Our only “complaint” is that the nice remote unit, although illuminated, only stays lit for a split second. You must press a button to illuminate the display, and if you don’t have the buttons memorized then you may hit the wrong button initially. Then as you’re searching for the correct button, you have to keep punching buttons to keep it lit up. Kind of irritating and could be fixed in the remote logic to stay lit longer.

Have only been sleeping on the Luxe mattress for a few nights, but so far it’s been comfortable. I don’t notice much of the “cooling” that it’s suppose to be known for, so that’s disappointing. The adjustable base is amazing, which is my reason for the 4 stars. Would recommend the base to anyone looking for one! I purchased the split king. Thankful there’s a 100 night trial on the mattress because I’m not sure yet if it’ll be a keeper.

The Ghostbed adjustable base was so easy to set up and use immediately. It has added an incredible level of comfort with all the different position options & the massage/vibration feature is versatile and just amazing!! Great product! Makes your bed a true sanctuary.

I hate my nectar, I woke up daily with aches and pains, sleeping was awful so after 3 years I decided to look for a new bed. I hate the ghost bed 😆 It makes me not want to get up. It's so comfortable and amazing, I could lounge around all day in bed and not feel guilty.

Love the LEDs at the bottom but they are not RGB (can't change the color) and the strong annoyance of it turning off after a couple of minutes. I want to determine when it should turn off. I want mine on until I decide to turn it off. If the unit was RGB, I'd probably keep it on if I could choose a red or blue color. This is the reason for the 4 star. It would be a 5 star otherwise. If this is fixed in the future, then an upgrade kit should be available for us with the old type.

Overall we are very pleased with our purchase. I love the firmness of the mattress which I was aware of but it was a little too firm for my husband, just a heads up. The reason for four stars is because the setup wasn’t as easy as stated, the motor on one of the bases wasn’t attached and when we turned it over, it literally fell to the floor. Luckily my husband is super handy and could tell right where it was supposed to be attached and modeled the 2nd base to ensure it was put back where it belonged. We love the functions and the especially the massage feature!

We were very disappointed in the time it took to deliver it. It was a 40 Days after we placed the order that we received it. The customer service had a quick response time when we requested updates on the order. But everything else was phenomenal. Sleeping much better at night and my back pain has significantly decreased. I would recommend their topper to anyone.

The answer: NO; it’s a luxury you didn’t know you needed until your first night in your brand new GhostBed Luxe. I was attracted to GhostBed due to the cooling technology and always being hot when sleeping for 35 years or my life. When I heard about GhostBed I thought it was a bunch of marketing lies hyped up and was simply too good to be true. Then they talked me into the adjustable base frame that I really didn’t think I needed, but no joke, I have never slept better in my entire life and I don’t know how I made it 35 years without one!! Now I’m cool AND more comfortable.l than I’ve ever been. Thank you GhostBed!!
