The mattress was much firmer than we thought it would be. The company graciously sent us a foam topper to try to help soften it up a bit. We are hopeful that will solve the problem. We do like the adjustable base, but would recommend getting the split mattress for couples.

I recently bought a new mattress from another company and it is harder than I thought it would be. Found Ghostbed and thought I'd give it a try. So happy with the topper. I suffer with fibromyalgia and the too hard bed was painful. But with the Ghostbed Topper, I have the support I need with the softness needed to protect my shoulders, hips and knees. Love this product!

When I purchased the adjustable base I thought that was all. But it's so much more! Massage head and foot, a light that shines under the base, lovely presets on a remote control...I've been sleeping comfortably in Zero Gravity since I got it! Amazing!!

So I took the plunge 3 yrs ago tryin out a ghost bed. Best decision I've ever made. So this year I decided to give myself the gift of buying the adjustable frame. Wow amazing. It's so great every morning I have to talk myself out of staying in bed lol. Buy it you won't be sorry.

We chose the Luxe with the Split King Combo. It’s an amazing combo. The Luxe is dreamy & the adjustable base makes it perfect, with the massage & night lights. We can both sleep the way we are comfortable. Me with my head slightly elevated & my husband flat. The Zero Gravity setting & TV watching setting are the best! I thought the bed said it hugs your body. I thought maybe it would take a couple days to have the mattress fully expand. I got the bed because the reviews looked good. I ordered the bed on a Sunday it said 2-5 days shipping. It came 9 days later. Then I didn’t get the mattress cover for a additional 4 days. I am having surgery this Thursday and now am stressing out because the bed is to stiff. My body has been sore every day I wake up. I think I need to call and have my mattress changed to something softer. I am just wondering how I can do this before Thursday because I won’t be able to lift anything heavy after that.

This mattress is the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I had tried my Mother’s and miraculously did not move all night long. I had a sleep number bed and my back hurt so bad in the morning that I decided to spend the money and try the Ghostbed. I cannot believe the difference! I am not in pain and have energy throughout the day! Best purchase ever!

Easy setup! Had it setup in less than a hour. Love the features. Been using the zero g feature and built in massager since day one. I have arthritis and now my hip and shoulder are feeling so much better. Best night sleep I've had in a very long time!

The adjustable base is chinsey and not worth the big $$$. Remote feels and works like a late 90tys tv remote, nothing special or neat about it. The frame feels weak and rollers on the lift plates are cheap plastic. Now the massagers are about the most ridiculous part of this bed. Gimmicky trap. One plate for the upper area and one plate for the feet. There isn't a massager, its just a loud vibrator on a steel plate. I don't know how they can even market it as a massager. Ghost does a lot of things right, but if I was Ghost Bed I'd be embarrassed to sell this product especially for the ridiculous dollar amoun.

Mattress edges without support. Sinks so low until you slide off if not careful. Bought for my husband who is disabled. He sat on edge 2 days after we got it and slid off onto floor. Also when headrest is up, mattress edge sinks way down at fold. Tilts you toward the side. No problem with other parts of bed.
