The mattress is beyond firm. It’s way too stiff. My wife and I wake up with back aches everyday. Now we know why this mattress is priced below the competition, it’s built without comfort in mind. Installation was easy. The adjustable base is good but not worth it. The preset position for reading or watching tv make you feel like you’re being folded like a taco.

We opted for a Ghostbed vs. a Temprapedic due to the price point. The Ghostbed is good and meets our needs- we especially love the adjustable base. It's a little firmer then we would've liked. We do love the stability of the mattress- we can't feel each other moving around. We utilized the "White Glove" delivery service and this was less then ideal. Our bed sat in a warehouse for a couple of weeks prior to being delivered to us. They scheduled one date for delivery and then just never showed up. I had to call to find out what happened and then was scheduled for a new delivery date a week later. On the day of the delivery, I had no idea what time they would be showing up. They were also supposed to call me within 30 minutes of arriving at my house. This never happened so they just showed up randomly. We also purchased the headboard brackets and these did not come with the bed setup, they were shipped to us separately- good to know if you are purchasing these. Overall we would recommend Ghostbed- just not the White Glove delivery service.

King size memory topper is 5 stars. My husband has had multiple shoulder surgeries and had trouble sleeping because of the pain. The topper has eliminated most of the discomfort giving him more restful night. I was worried as I prefer a firm mattress however this topper is so comfortable I just settle so nicely I wonder why we didn’t have it sooner

When I ordered the bed I didn’t realize it takes almost twice as long to get it when you do the “White Glove Delivery”. Finally got delivered 19 days later. Delivery was great, the gentlemen was knowledgeable and quick. I do love the bed, it is great, but it doesn’t keep me cool. I still get as hot as I usually do. I’m having a hard time with the Ghost Sheets staying on the bed. The corner on my side of the bed always comes up Because my boyfriends side isn’t as high as mine. It’s really annoying when I have to fix it through out the night. I love the pillows but the Ghost Pillow Cases like to come off Because of the slickness of the pillows. I am a tossed and turner when I sleep so that might be the issue.

We love our Ghostbed! It was time to get an adjustable bed for all the reasons seniors do. We were satisfied with our old mattress so we weren't sure if we could be as comfortable on a different mattress - we are! We chose a Ghostbed split king with Flex hybrid mattresses. We were thrilled with it from the very first night. Our recommendation? You should get a Ghostbed too!

I wish my husband and I had ordered this split king adjustable combination years ago! We felt a difference on the first night and have had no adjustment issues whatsoever. We wake refreshed and with no back pain. This is one of the best purchases we have ever made! Thanks for your superior products!

There is nothing wrong with the legs. But they are too short for what we needed. An 8 inch leg would have been the best. We had to make a wooden block to make the 8 inch we needed. You didn't have the choice of an 8 inch. Thanks for asking our opinion.

We spent a lot of time looking at split king bases and ultimately chose ghostbed. First off, after searching on line we had a few questions so we called. Low and Behold a live human answered the phone and all our questions. The order process was simple and we received our bed within 2 weeks of our order. It was nothing to put together, just put the legs on and turn it over. WE ARE IN LOVE. BUY IT, you won't regret the decision.

Pretty easy to set up works well very straightforward but a couple issues the threads on the base for the legs had alot of burs on them making it very hard to screw in some of the legs causing fear of stripping the threads. Also the tv button for the base is very weird and uncomfortable so I never use it but besides that great base

Why didn’t I purchase this adjustable base sooner? As a matter of fact, I’m in bed writing this review propped up without 4 pillows to do so! It’s been a few weeks sleeping on it and it has made a difference with my acid reflux and sleeping in general. I will comment that it was a bear getting the queen size up 2 flights of stairs even with help. So please note that you need 2 big, strong people or 3 not so strong who yell at one another during the whole ordeal! Otherwise, best purchase I ever made for myself.
