Must have gotten a faulty pair. Charging issue every time I go to use them one is always out of charge even if case is 100% charged. Sound quality is awesome. If I could go back to the pro 2 I would

I bought them for myself, and they work perfectly since I have small ears; they don't fall out, and they are truly worth it—because they’ve finally released ear tips for small ears.

They sound better quality however they don’t come with a charger the sound isn’t much greater quality the new style can apply pressure to the ear yet a comfortable feel overall. Not really worth the upgrade noise cancellation is pretty good still can hear things initially it was scary good don’t know what happened great quality not really worth the price nor upgrade could be if your in it for phone call services

I had Pro gen 1s for 5 years and bless them but she finally decided she was ready to die, so I got these and they're pretty good, way better noise cancellation than gen 1s and pretty cool new features, hope they give me another 5 years!
