If you have small ears like I do the X-small didn't help. They hurt my ears and the battery didn't last as long as stated. I got around 2 hours of use on a Teams meeting with a full charge. i ended up purchasing an outer ear product and they work better.

The noise canceling feature works very well. With high pitched sounds like a vacuum cleaner you can usually not tell if the vacuum is on or not. If you’re a passenger in a car or walking along a busy road it works well with road noise. Sometimes the only way I know my wife is talking to me is when I see her lips move. It’s not as effective on lower pitched noise.

It's very hard to complain about headphones that interact buttery smooth within the apple ecosystem. The sound is fantastic and as an enjoyer of bass in my music, I do not find the mix muddy or too heavy. The noise cancelling is also top notch and reduces outside noise very very well.

This review is for this device as a "hearing aid" only. The fit is poor. The shape of the device starts hurting the ears after 15 minutes. I found it impossible to keep more than 1 hour. As a hearing aid, it amplifies ok. But in noisy surroundings/ on the restaurant setting, it reduces the volume of all sounds not just filter out the ambient noise. I found it useless as hearing aid in noisy surroundings.

I bought these for the hearing aid feature and they’ve been amazing! I lost some hearing following an inner ear infection, and was also left with tinnitus. The Background Sounds feature helps me manage it pretty well. My husband also has the same ones. He said the hearing aid features, especially minimizing ambient noises, are much better than his hearing aids.

I ended up loosing my right bud somewhere in my clothes or house. For a week straight I couldn’t find it. It ended up being in my washer. Keep in mind we have already done over 6 loads of laundry during the week. And my mom found it there. I put it in my case let it charge for 30 minutes and it worked perfectly fine absolutely nothing wrong with it. AAA Waterproof. I was shocked it even survived considering it was submerged for 45 minutes plus on multiple occasions.

I was debating upgrading from the Pro 2 to the Pro 3 and I'm glad I did. the fit is much better with these than the Pro 2. it's a subtle difference but it makes them a lot more comfortable. no ear pain and they can stay in all day. the 8 hour battery life makes a big difference eapeyas a hearing aid user. with the Pro 2 iI would have to recharge them at lunch and then I could use them the rest of the day. the Pro 3 can last all shift on a single charge. I do think the hearing aid feature has improved too. I can't exactly determine what has improved other than overall better hearing capability especially in loud environments.

Loved the 2 pros, was so excited for these 3s, but the design is so poor that it causes extreme ear pain with light use. I don't even feel the 2s in my ear, these 3s I can't wear for more than 30 minutes. I've read about others having this same issue. It has to do with the new foam tip design apparently. Sound quality, noise cancellation, and battery life are all great so I'm extremely disappointed I can't use them.

I have tried four other brands of AirPod knockoffs. Finally decided to get the Original everyone else decided to copy. There is a reason there are many other brands copying this device. You should put that in your advertising. Most of them were Chinese or Asian...
