Hi! I ordered my Adjustable frame, and I can not begin to tell you how much I love it!! It was here to my home in less then a week, and I could not be happier. Warning, do not attempt to assemble this frame on your own....It took my 2 neighbors to do it. One mistake and it won't work. They did a great job, and it works so beautiful!!!! I received my base within a week of my order. Nectar let me know my mattress would ship in 3-4 weeks. I get that between materials and shipping with the pandemic this is not unusual. I received my mattress but noticed a flaw. I contacted Nectar and they had me send photos. They responded quickly and I just received my new mattress today. Thank you to all of the people I had contact with. You were kind and caring and you responded so quickly to my questions. Yes the base is awesome. Love that I can charge my phone on it.

The frame feels sturdy. I have major spinal deformities, and having an adjustable base really has made a huge difference. The zero-g is great for reducing pressure on joints of the body. Overall, the base I'd fantastic. I sleep better now than I have in years. I also paired with a Nectar mattress for full support and comfort. The "massage" feature, however, is more like a vibration of the bed. It is just controlled by two small motors, one at the head and foot of the bed. Doesn't really massage, but this wasn't a feature that I needed, just something extra about the bed.

My wife and I have only gotten to use the bed a few times but we both love the zero gravity mode...I end up using it when I fall asleep and then near the end of the time im in bed and my back feels great when I wake up instead of having to loosen it up as I usually do...

I purchased during the beginning of Covid. It took months to get the mattress and several months more to get a dud frame which was then replaced by a substandard frame. While the second one works, it has a few corner tears like to first one and the USB on one side quit working eventhough wire is attached. My daughter got the cali king on a stand wood frame. It's both beautiful and comfortable. I don't feel the same about our purchase. Call me a princess but I feel the frame through the mattress.

Frame is no good. Cranky noises when adjusting. Not touching any walls and even happens without laying on it. The massage mechanism doesn't do anything but make me feel like I was going over some bumps in the road. Never use it. No returns is just wrong.

Ever since I brought it I have not had a bad night sleep. I actually wake up in the morning with less pain now and I'm comfortable on it and I don't worry about it not holding my weight. I would like to give another review in a few months so I hope I can tell y'all some more about it and if it's really worth what they say its worth the reason I say that is because every year I have to buy a new bed because of my weight what's so far so good . So if you're a big person like me and you're worried about it hold your weight or the fact that you got to turn around and buy a new bed all the time so you can have some comfortability don't look no further I think we found what we looking

This bed is the perfect height for my husband and I. I thoroughly enjoy having suck a multifaceted frame yhst offers diverse positions for all your bedroom needs. Best of all I can get a mini massage before I fall asleep or prank my husband by syncing it to my phone.

I HAD to get an adjustable frame. I had been sleeping on the couch because I had to sleep sitting up. When I decided to get a bed online I had to go with a company that had a split twin adjustable base. I needed a hybrid bed, and the price for the bundle was just too good to pass up! We love our adjustable bed frame!!

The assembly of the frame was made difficult because there were welds inside the tubing where other tubing was supposed to slide inside making it impossible. Also the bolts for the mattress retainer were to short by a half inch. Looks like poor quality control.
