I LOVE my bed....I LOVE the zero gravity... and being able to raise both the head and the foot.... I LOVE the massage...I wake in the morning with energy!! My bones don't hurt and I sleep longer than two or three hours at a time... I feel so much better... Thank you so much for such a wonderful product!! I only gave it 4 stars because I thought it came with a USB charger and mine did not... and I do not really care,,, I just feel so much better!! (I am 68 with arthritis in my back and post polio syndrome ) This bed is simply heaven...

We absolutely loved our bed frame to start. Shortly after a year everything stopped working and its was just a basic bed frame. I wish we wouldn't of spent the extra money to get one that moved because it was a waste seeing how it only lastest a little over a year

There were a few minor issues upon receiving the bed and attempting to put it together ourselves. We were able to put it together, but it took more than 1/2 hour stated. Parts were missing, screw holes were welded in at an angle (for attaching the legs), and 2 screw holes were stripped (for holding wires to under the bed). Once we got those errors corrected, the bed went together smoothly. Love the functionality of the bed. Only drawback of the bed itself, the vibrating feature is hard to control. Sometimes the remote won't shut it off. Unless you are over 5'7" you can't feel the feet. And it's very loud. Even with the issues we had/have, I would purchase another one of these frames. The functionality that we bought the frame for works perfectly. I love being able to raise the head to ready/crochet. One thing to note, if you have the Sleep Number mattress, the Anti-Snore function will turn off the responsive air setting on the bed. For 1/2 the price of the one from Sleep Number, I'd still get this one.

The frame came in and the box was pretty damaged and part of the frame was also. It looked like it may have been a return that was possibly shipped to us. All the zip ties were cut and laying loose in the box as well as the pieces that come with the frame were not in the empty boxes that came with them. Several of the plastic cups were also broken on the inside. I installed the app on my phone to adjust the bed from it and it worked a few times then it wouldn't work anymore. I have tried to re-pair it with the bed but the permissions to do so are in Korean I think and I'm not sure what so select. I hope they fix the bugs on it soon.

I love my adjustable frame. It’s well built, sturdy and easy to set up. The padded fabric edges are extra nice and it also has a convenient USB charger built into the side which comes in handy. If you’ve always wanted an adjustable frame, you can’t go wrong with this one.

Only issue so far is we purchased a king sized mattress so we had to sync the frame to work with one remote for the two twin size frames and on occasion for whatever reason one side will go up without the other and we will have to put it back down and then back up to get them both to go up together again.

We have been loving the adjustable bed frame. It has been working great. It was directly on a platform bed and the only issue we had was the part that raises the head up would hit the platform. E we added the smallest feet into the frame that came with the frame and put it back on the platform. Works perfectly now with no rubbing noises.

The frame is very stable, quiet and sturdy. Be prepared for the weight of the item. The foot motor quit working and they overnighted a new one. Went to replace it and found out it was an issue with the frame that caused it to break. I am currently in the process with Nectar of getting the frame fixed or replaced. I had to submit photos and am waiting on an answer. Customer service has been really nice and easy to work with. The issue has not given me a negative impression of the company at all. Sometimes products are defective and it is how the issue is resolved that matters. So far, they have been wonderful with helping to fix it! I would definitely recommend their beds. We spent months looking into adjustable frames, and I am happy I chose Nectar.

This company rocks. The bed is amazing. The customer service above and beyond. I had one problem, not even nectar's fault. One of my adjustable bed frames came damaged, usp's fault (I have video from my ring doorbell), and nectar took care of it. The only down side is the noise from the message motor but it vibration is great, so the trade off is acceptable. Keep up the good work.

I have a disability that forces me to spend a lot of time in bed. Often this means laying in uncomfortable positions propped up on pillows, but getting this adjustable frame has allowed me to spend more time sitting up and putting less pressure on my back and neck. It's easy to use. I enjoy the massage feature. It also makes it so much easier to get out of bed. I feel that this has been a great quality of life purchase for myself.
