I was hopeful that we would love the split king adjustable frame. My husband and I sleep differently so getting a split king seemed like a great solution. Unfortunately we were a little disappointed right off the bat once we put the frames together and realised that the bed was quite high up. The massage feature is extremely loud and really not very effective. The worst part about this frame Is that there is no way for the split king to stay together in the middle. We are constantly pushing the frames and the mattresses together so that there isn't a big gap. There really should be a tool that comes with the split king to prevent this. Needless to say, we will be returning. However we do love the mattresses and will get a regular king size instead.

This is my first adjustable bed and I am super happy with my purchase. I suffer from GERD and being able to increase the height on the top of the bed has made an incredible difference. I'm not exactly sure how the zero gravity works since I'm still stuck on 🌎 and have to obey the laws of gravity. The mattress itself is super comfortable and every night is like sleeping on a cloud.

The massage feature is very loud and not soothing at all. The king split is just that..split. The frames don’t stay next to one another and the company didn’t supply anything to keep them from separating. So when you sleep, you end up separated and a big gap between the two.

Adjustable frame was easy to assemble. It has been a life saver for my husband this past week due to accident had an external fixator placed on lower leg due to fracture. Keep down swelling for to being able to raise foot of bed. For me the massage feature is very relaxing. Oh and cost was 1/2 of what I found at local furniture stores and delivery was quick.

Talk about convinence when it comes to wanting to watch TV, Reading, or anything really is a cobvinebt ability. The massage feature is something that helps me go to bed at night and with USBs attached to the frame it does help. It is very much a worthy investment that only adds to the bed.

This has been an issue since we unwrapped it. It was sliced from someone unpacking it at your place of business. We let it go. Tho really should not have. I took pictures so there’s that. The electricity keeps going out so much that the adapter looks like it’s blown. I tried to get into my account and it says I don’t have one please register for a new one. I’m not doing that so I went to my emails from you that I get every week at the email you don’t recognize. I am very disappointed with your company right now. You need to fix this. The two stars are for when it worked which was very little. If it worked consistently and well and wasn’t ripped/torn you would have gotten five stars. This is the second bed I bought. I bought one for my son and he loved it. So we bought one for us. Bed great tho adjustable frame not so much.

Had to replace two Sleep Number beds that needed the air delivery unit repaired which was an outrageous cost. My wife and I had slept in a Nector bed at my son's home and really loved it so we purchased two of them over the last few months. The king size fit perfecting on the adjustable bed frame we had and although we had an issue with the 1st shipment (the bed did not fully decompress) they immediately replaced it with a new one in 10 days. We also purchased a queen size with the adjustable bed frame and it has been awesome. No more shoulder or back issues for us older folks!

I ordered the split king (2 xl twin) adjustable bases, with the twin xl mattresses. We love our previous mattress which we've had a few years and just wanted to upgrade to a King size. The mattresses arrived quickly. The first base took a little over a month to receive. The second one was shipped at the same time, but went missing in action. It was finally reshipped and I received it this week, 2 months after ordering. We finally were able to assemble these yesterday and had some issues. One of the beds was damaged, with a few bent pieces that my husband was able to correct. One of the cotter pins holding something together was completely destroyed, needing to be replaced. A washer used to hold the retainer bracket on was missing. Most importantly, the remote had corroded batteries and did not work when we initially tried to sync to the bed. One of the beds has a soft green glowing light on the underneath, while the other has a bright white light that we can't seem to figure out underneath. It is so bright that it lights up the entire room. Lastly, we have to figure out a way to keep these from sliding apart, as we do not have carpet and the split bases will not stay together. I had assumed that since it's sold as a split king, it would come with something to connect them together. These beds and remotes look very different from what is depicted on your website, as do the mattress protectors. The instructions were not for this base and I can not find any information on the internet addressing these beds. Would love to have received better quality bases or at least the correct instructions for the bases. I would assume they can be synced to work together, but I will never know as there are no instructions. Previously, I would have recommended this company to someone else, but based on this experience, I can no longer say that.

I m still not happy with knowing that there are tears in my base and you offering a thirty dollar refund is kinda a slap in the face considering all you made me go through to get more and more pics even after I explained to you that I had my invalid husband coming home from the hospital within a few days and needed to be ready. I'm 55yrs old and not in the best health and tried to lift the mattress for more pics that you requested and hurt my back. Then I had to wait for my son in law to do it. Way too much to go through. I'm considering sending the whole thing back as soon as I have time to look for another bed.

Love it, it was so easy to assemble (but does need a second person to flip it over). It makes the mattress so flexible both for everyday comfort and to adjust for snoring or medical needs. It’s an accessible luxury that everyone should really think about.
