I love this adjustable bed frame at this point in time it is everything you want and need to get a goodnight sleep and all other activities you like to do in your bed you will also love the snore button that will automatically adjust the bed so you can get that perfect night sleep without the sounds of your significant other you should definitely try this out it is worth the money great price.

I like the bed much better than my last mattress in a box but do wish it was slightly firmer. However, the remote keeps losing connection and I have to crawl under the bed to unplug and wait for battery back up to stop before I can reset it. I don’t use the vibration creature very much but do enjoy adjusting my head and feet almost daily. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.

I was so excited to receive my new adjustable bed and with some help got it set up, just to have the freaking thing break. I had it a whole 3 days and it just stopped working. And forget trying to get help from nectar customer service. They are not helpful at all! Instead, I had to go through the warranty. I've been waiting this whole time to have someone come out and fix this stupid frame. Between the customer service at nectar and the warranty customer service, I honestly have to say don't waste your time. If you want an adjustable bed and better customer service, go elsewhere! I may have my bed fixed within a month.... If I'm lucky. That's months having a bed and it not working. Great use of my money... Not!

We ordered a queen size Nectar mattress and opted for the queen sized adjustable frame as well. Mattress arrived safe and sound and was exactly as expected - 5 stars there. BUT. The frame is an entirely different story. The frame is shipped as two parts, both are heavy, and for some reason the company insists on shipping both halves in the same box with thin tie wraps to hold the two pieces together inside the box and a set of larger straps holding the box itself together. The single box is very heavy and ours were utter disasters. Upon arrival the box is shredded, the internal tie wraps all broken, the hinge joints broken and bent, and the motor mounts completely out of alignment Nectar offers to ship another and suggests that we "...check with our sanitation department..." about disposing of the first train wreck. Second box arrives, same world class packing method and similar mess of a box. This time only SOME of the internal tie wraps are broken and only TWO of the hinge joints are bent. The motor mounts still do not line up so we spend another hour or more with a rat tail file until we can actually get the mounting hardware to fit. The remainder of the setup mostly proceeds as expected and eventually the bed frame is up and looking like a normal frame. The USB ports are crooked, but you can only expect so much. On first movement of the footer there is a loud BANG probably due to the bend hinge joint, but it only happens once so we are hopeful the entire thing does not go up in flames. To sum up: buy the mattress - it is as advertised and quite nice. DO NOT buy the queen size frame - go to a local bed dealer and get the frame delivered. Nectar and friends should really ship the two halves of the queen frame in separate boxes instead of one enormously heavy box. Would the so called White Glove service have helped? I cannot see how given the manner of packing and shipping the frame.

Love the bed it was a 5 star but my Daughters and me has been sending stuff back and forth and getting no where bed isn’t working and it was for my Daughter Wendy and she’s been in so much pain. I had thought when I got ready for a bed I might get one of these but as of now I got seconds thought about it.

My husband is a huge fan of the messaging, just wished there was heat. I like the fact the bed I feet and head go up and down. My only complaint is we got the king split and sometimes when my husband adjust his bed position it moves my bed. I also wish we could connect our beds and get gather so they don’t move away from each other, that issue will resolve itself as soon as put an area rug under the bed or get rubber feet. I would definitely recommend this bed it’s very comfortable and the fact that it came with everything you needed to sleep in right away was awesome.

It came without instructions and my call to the support team revealed there is no online manual. Was directed to a Utube video That was for a different adjustable base. Then control did not work. Turns out I had to call and have someone sync it. Horrible experience

I bought two twins to put together for a King so that my wife and I could adjust our heads and feet separately. One worked fine; the other only works on the feet, not the head. I am awaiting a new motor, which is on back order, and which I'll have to install myself. In addition, my back has been killing me ever since I started sleeping on the new memory mattress. Altogether a disappointing experience.

Awesome frame. Sturdy and easy to set up. A little disappointed that when you get a split king (two XL twins) the USB ports are on the same side of the frame on both. You can only use the one set of ports since the other set is blocked...sort of a waste. Also, the mattresses move around a lot...wish it had some sort of support on all sides like the foot bar.

This bed is probably not worth what we paid for it. I wish I had bought the frame and then looked into a different mattress. Also, the sheets that come with it, it's supposedly a huge value "gift," don't stay on the bed, keep popping off at the corners.
