They took away the original offer, blamed me for it. I couldn’t get them on the phone, they delivered the bed on the lawn of my 70 YO parents house and ended up delivering 2 left sides so they don’t even have access to the usb plug in on one side. Couldn’t be more disappointed by them.

The bed is versatile, and so far all working well. It’s heavy, and hard to move. The experience with Nectar was very frustrating . They seem to have a popular refrain, which is, “well, you can do that, but you’ll void the warranty“. It came up on a couple of different discussions. In the most perplexing case, the instructions that came with the bed tell one how to mount a regular headboard to it using extenders sold by nectar. They show you in the instruction book how to attach it. So I called nectar to buy one. It was told they don’t recommend it. I pointed out that the instruction booklet did recommend it. Again told me that’s not recommended and it may void the warranty. I pointed out that this was quite frustrating, that it clearly shows that they have parts that could be attached, and more In told I can’t. The response, “well you can do whatever you want, but you’re going to void the warranty. “

It might not be perfect but you can't be the value (and I seriously looked in Sleep Number as mine could be paid by insurance in the near future). Before I couldn't even lay down without having compression from all the metal that happens with bad corpectomies throughout the entire spine (C1-L5, S1/S2 Bilateral) and without any adjustable bed to give me enough spinal cord compression relief, my journey to paralysis would be a LOT quicker. So I'm forever grateful for this help and I have YouTube videos on the matter (as a former CPA, I never thought I would be making YouTube videos but it's a good forum to reach a lot of people in order to help them and gather resources for all of us)!!!!! This was the best thing we’ve purchased in years. I finally get a great nights sleep after sleeping on a worn mattress that didn’t have any support anymore. We love the adjustable positions and the zero gravity is amazing. The built in massage feature feels great on my bad back. We should have had this set a long time ago.

I am not one to do reviews, but the experience from beginning to receiving my bed has been great. My bed is awesome, Twin XL adjustable bed and Nectar mattress. It's not too hard and not too soft. I have had my bed about a month now. I use the massage feature every night, although it's really like a vibration it still helps me relax. I noticed on one review it was stated that there was only one USB port on one side of the Twin XL, but both Twin XLs that I have, have two USB ports on both sides of the bed.

I love all the settings. The TV position is great. And I love how you can program your on setting. The Zero Gravity mode is the only setting that made me feel like I could fall asleep on my back and I’m not a back sleeper. Totally worth getting a split size if you like different settings than your partner.

We’ve had the bed & bed frame for about 5 months now. It’s nice, it’s sturdy & loaded with some cool options such as massage & zero gravity mode. The reason I am giving it 3 stars as opposed to 5 is because our remote does not always work. It started to malfunction within the first month or 2. I am not sure what the exact issue is as we did not drop and/or spill water on it. It sort of just works whenever it wants to. I have to physically unplug the frame and plug it back in for it to start working again. Kind of a bummer considering how much we paid but it is what it is I guess…

We just love our new Nectar Adjustable Frame. I was having shoulder pain in the middle of the night, but I haven't been woken with pain since. Sleeping much better at night because it is so much fun to adjust the mattress to exactly where you want it. Highly recommend.

Positioning works well but massage is too noisy to use. I like the USB Ports on the side, although their placement is crooked. After a month, I am a bit concerned because the mechanism lowering the head of the bed is beginning to sound loud and somewhat clunky. Also it does not have the possibility of attaching a headboard.

This mattress is hands down the best one I've ever owned. I am someone who lives with chronic pain and sleep issues and this bed has been a major change in my sleep! It is made with two layers. The top one is super soft and comfortable. I often find my limbs falling asleep if what I'm sitting or laying on is too firm. I don't have that problem with this mattress. The super squishy top layer lets the bed conform to my body in a way that feels like a soft hug. The second underlay is super supportive. The firmer under layer allows my back to have the structure it needs! I am able to fall asleep quickly, and stay asleep and wake with less pain. It shipped super quickly and arrived earlier than expected. I would definitely but this bed again!
