I m still not happy with knowing that there are tears in my base and you offering a thirty dollar refund is kinda a slap in the face considering all you made me go through to get more and more pics even after I explained to you that I had my invalid husband coming home from the hospital within a few days and needed to be ready. I'm 55yrs old and not in the best health and tried to lift the mattress for more pics that you requested and hurt my back. Then I had to wait for my son in law to do it. Way too much to go through. I'm considering sending the whole thing back as soon as I have time to look for another bed.

The assembly was easy. It is easy to pair and easy to use. I give it a one star review because I do not like the way the bed bends when I raise either end. I do not use the massaging, but it feels like vibrations and is uncomfortable to my sensory issues.

This base is wonderful. For those of us who use their underbed space to store large things, no worries. My large luggage fits under there with no issue. So the height is perfect. I was worried about that. The frame was extremely heavy and requires two people to set up. But once you get it set, prepare for less back pain, great in bed TV watching, and smooth transition from sitting to laying flat.

I ordered the split king (2 xl twin) adjustable bases, with the twin xl mattresses. We love our previous mattress which we've had a few years and just wanted to upgrade to a King size. The mattresses arrived quickly. The first base took a little over a month to receive. The second one was shipped at the same time, but went missing in action. It was finally reshipped and I received it this week, 2 months after ordering. We finally were able to assemble these yesterday and had some issues. One of the beds was damaged, with a few bent pieces that my husband was able to correct. One of the cotter pins holding something together was completely destroyed, needing to be replaced. A washer used to hold the retainer bracket on was missing. Most importantly, the remote had corroded batteries and did not work when we initially tried to sync to the bed. One of the beds has a soft green glowing light on the underneath, while the other has a bright white light that we can't seem to figure out underneath. It is so bright that it lights up the entire room. Lastly, we have to figure out a way to keep these from sliding apart, as we do not have carpet and the split bases will not stay together. I had assumed that since it's sold as a split king, it would come with something to connect them together. These beds and remotes look very different from what is depicted on your website, as do the mattress protectors. The instructions were not for this base and I can not find any information on the internet addressing these beds. Would love to have received better quality bases or at least the correct instructions for the bases. I would assume they can be synced to work together, but I will never know as there are no instructions. Previously, I would have recommended this company to someone else, but based on this experience, I can no longer say that.

I received the wrong pillows and was unable to provide the information requested. There are no tags on rhe pillows. In addition, one of the pillows arrived with no plastic covering. I do not know if this pillow was previously used or not. It certainly was not sterile, so I cannot use it due to Covid 19 concerns.

This is a very good adjustable frame. The "massage" feature is more of a vibration but it is still very nice. I purchased a twin xl and I don't know exactly how much it weighs but it is very heavy. My husband and I had to each grab an end and carry it into the house and it took everything we had to get it upstairs!

I used to have a previous version of the Nectar adjustable bed frame. In August we lost our home to a fire, unfortunately. One thing we were looking forward to was our Nectar bed and adjustable frame. The new frames came and were very different. After a few months, they were sagging so far in the middle that when the frame was "flat" the mattress had a full 2-inch gap where it didn't touch the frame. They sent replacements. And lo and behold same problem. Nectar then forced me to reach out to the manufacturer, who in turn said they had a 2-month lead time to fix the bed frame. AND BTW you only have 50 days to return the adjustable bedframe so watch out for that. Anyway, I'd recommend getting a different bed frame.

Setup was quick, unfold and screw on the feet to your desired length. Moving is going to be easy with the folding clam shell design. The feel and comfort of the bed is elevated to another level with this adjustable bed frame. I highly recommend that this frame is purchased as a bundle with any of the nectar mattresses.

This company rocks. The bed is amazing. The customer service above and beyond. I had one problem, not even nectar's fault. One of my adjustable bed frames came damaged, usp's fault (I have video from my ring doorbell), and nectar took care of it. The only down side is the noise from the message motor but it vibration is great, so the trade off is acceptable. Keep up the good work.

The mattress was good enough for a year, but after that I started having back pain and the couch became a more suitable place to sleep. My daughter's 16 year old back is still liking her's, but my 40 year old back is begging me to buy a new mattress.
