I like the adjustable frame mainly to raise the head, as I like to read and watch tv. The main issue is that the frame stops working intermittently. At first I thought it was the remote, but when I read the owners manual, there are instructions to unplug the frame and plug it in again when it stops working. I did that and the frame started working again. It stops working several times and then I have to go under my bed to unplug it and plug it im again. Instead of just shrugging it off and just telling customers to unplug/plug, they should come up with a way to resolve this so we don’t have to do it at all. This is an expensive frame, I would expect a quality product. Also, my frame did not come with USB ports. The massage is nothing special, it just vibrates in the area you pick, feet or head.

I love my new nectar adjustable bed and frame I have tried all of the different settings and each one is great you can set the massage for different times and I actually fell asleep last night with it going. I'm glad that I chose this for my forever bed. Five stars for frame, mattress and sleep bundle 💕😁 I'm finally getting more sleep than I have in the past few years.

Easy to set up... Though the instructions could be more clearly outlined for someone less handy. Went up in half an hour with the help of someone else. Pairing the remote took a couple of tries, but has worked flawlessly. Delivery was a pain ... It's really at the very limit of what anyone can handle, and if you are not in the first floor, it wold be bad to assume a person could deliver it alone. Has worked great, quiet, and able to support a heavy load. Would be great to have adjustable legs to be able to use a thicker or thinner mattress or handle different body sizes. An absolutely great buy for the price!!

We have had the Twin XL adjustable bed frame for about four months, and the ability to raise head or feet makes it easier to sleep, and has really helped during a recent surgery. We will probably pick up another one at some point. We don't use the vibration feature much. We had some issues with the initial installation and Nectar was great on ensuring we were able to get it right. Highly recommended, and I had comparision shopped widely before determining the Nectar was the best.

I bought this adjustable frame because it would fit up the stairs of my old house. I recently moved into an old house and to my utter disappointment, my queen i-serta motion bed frame would not fit up the stairs (tight turning radius). The Serta was a very expensive bed (twice the price of nectar). But I needed an adjustable bed frame for health reasons. The folks at nectar assured me the frame would fit because it is “folded” when delivered. But that thing is heavy (141 lbs!) As an older woman living alone, in a new City where I know no one, I needed white glove service. Sadly, this service is no longer available. I had to find a handyman to do the job. I was expecting the bed on October 7 per the status. Of course, it came earlier! It was dumped on my front steps. And the forecast called for rain. What a scramble to get it into the house. The cardboard box was flimsy. It was a relatively easy set-up. The remote works as expected. I was excited for 2 minutes when I thought I could pair the remote to my device and have “siri” tell the bed what to do. Alas, the “resident app” is merely a clone of the remote. Helpful, I suppose if your battery dies and you are stuck in some position or you lose the remote, but not necessary. (The instructions point you to the resident shopping app, not the remote control app so avoid the frustration and just keep an extra set of batteries handy!) overall, this is a decent frame that can compete with the big names at a much better price. Just wish the delivery experience had been better.

Please be cautious when ordering the split king. It is two twin xl, so once combined you will lose out on one usb. The base are made where the usb is on the right side when laying down as pictured. Once combined, the other usb will be hidden. I find it to be flawed where the don’t make it on each side so both users would have access to it.

I bought my adjustable frame just in time. I had a couple health issues, the main issue was my back and the bed helped so much with getting up and down… watching TV. It is quiet and easy to use. Installation was easy for my husband. The split adjustable was definitely the way to go and we really like our Nectar mattress as well.

I absolutely love this bed frame! The adjustability helped so much when I had a cold and needed to sleep elevated. My favorite functions are the zero gravity for maximum lounging comfort and the massage for getting to sleep quickly. The freedom that comes with being able to play with these features without disturbing my partner is great. It was so simple to assemble and was delivered right on time. So far, it is worth the investment to never buy another frame again!

Enjoy using the feature that can raise the head/feet of the bed with ease, is my favorite feature of the adjustable frame. The light isn’t very noticeable or bright, so it may barely be enough to pass as a night light. The feature for the massage is not worth it since for myself with the mattress, protector, etc., it’s not noticeable to feel this feature through all of that.

Well it was ez enuf to put together but the massage feature on the bottom of the base is on permanently! I have to unplug the bed to make it turn off! So that means I have to plug the bed in to change positions so I'm not able to enjoy it how it was supposed to be used!
