It was sent very quickly. It is very attractive. The frame seems well built. I am not as confident in the legs. It has impressive features, like the massage. But, we are not able to use it yet, because we are remodeling and, presently, living in one room and sleeping in our recliners. It will be great to be able to have a bedroom and sleep in a bed again. I looked for quite a while for an adjustable bed that had great features and was reasonable priced. This met both requirements.

Weeks after the mattress was received (one month after having been billed for it), the bedframe still has a defective power supply where the bedframe will only work with the backup batteries. The batteries are not strong enough to handle moving the frame very far. Support was notified and after repeated contact, there still has been no resolution.

Worst purchase ever! Been trying to get a replacement remote sent out since December! Nothing ! Then they’re solution now was to send me a whole new bed frame and keep the remote n send frame back! Well I got the new bed frame and it’s not the same ! Now I want to send it back and they can’t come up with a reasonable solution ! Please shop elsewhere! Or make sure u take very very good care of the remote for you bed frame!

Love this adjustable frame that has more than just being adjustable. The vibrating is really nice plus the ability to set a timer for it. The usb charging ports are also a bonus. So far this is great buy and I highly recommend this frame with a new mattress.

I really like the adjustable bed frame, but I do see room for improvements in 2 areas. 1) the massage function. It's interesting...I'm not a fan of feeling. 2) In reading function, the bed frame in the back goes straight up so now I'm too far from the lamp. It would be nice if the foot of the base moved towards the front so you're still in line with the nightstand.

I LOVE my nectar adjustable bed! Assembly was very easy. The bed is very quiet, upon rolling over you do not disrupt your partner. I love the height of the bed, so easy to get in and out of. Also, the adjustable head and foot plus the massage aspect makes for a perfect nights sleep!

Well, when we got the frame, the box was all broke up. Whoever brought it, dropped it off at dark and we didn’t see it till morning. The biggest thing that got me upset was the package contained “NO INSTRUCTIONS “ . We had everything else that I ordered less instructions for assembling. I called Nectar and talked with someone who said they’d get right back to me, but never did. From the web, we figured out the assembly except for the motor parts which are still not assembled but the frame is fine for a no movement bed. A little discouraging .

Honestly, I don't find anything too special about this mattress at all. Other than the adjustable base.. After sleeping about 30 days on this mattress I will say it is a firm mattress but I feel I had a better night sleep on my old broke in mattress.. The pillows that it came with are harder than normal pillows And they're not great for comfort.. Definitely don't try to sleep with 2 of them.. The bed does give me a higher Position to watch TV and see things more comfortably due to the base.( Which does help my neck a lot.) But other than that, this is a mediocre bed and I got One of the best ones they had. Definitely nothing to write home to mom about. For spending over 3 g's. I expected a whole lot more. Like sleeping on a cloud experience. But maybe that was just over expectations on my part. Honestly wish I could feel the massage setting a lot more... More like a shaking bed to me

This nectar frame and mattress are working well for me. I wake up refreshed every morning as well as pain free. When my back hurts so bad, I can hardly stand I go lay on a heating pad on my new bed, turn on the massage option and feel the pain ease away. I love my new bed.

I’ve had my bed for a few months now. I had a great experience ordering the bed, and they delivered it pretty quickly. Sometimes I feel like the bed is too soft. I’ve had to go to the chiropractor about 5 times since I started sleeping in the bed because I feel like my back goes out a lot sleeping in this bed. It could just be a coincidence though. I’m glad I have a year to decide. I’m going to give it a few more months, and then decide. I also love the adjustable base.
