But the massage is very noisy. Also wires are dangling underneath and my cat finds it interesting. I am concerned however that she may get tangled up in them and so do not use the massage because of this. Need a solution… cat is member of the family and very much loved and cared for.

Lorrain is 103 years old and still at home. This is so much nicer and more comfortable than a hospital bed. Being able to raise the bed to get up in the morning is a huge help. At night, raising the feet helps to control edema in the feet and legs. Lorrain can sit in the bed and color in her coloring books by raising the top of the bed all the way up so the bed is similar to a recliner. Great product!

I was hesitant to order a mattress and frame on-line, but the competition’s adjustable beds were so expensive, that I decided to try it. I looked online for top rated adjustable beds and decided on Nectar. I got the adjustable Queen. You can raise the head and foot individually or together. It is perfect for watching tv in bed. It has USB ports right in the frame for your phone or devices. I use these features every night. I haven’t tried the massage features, but do like the under bed light and that the remote has a flashlight feature. If you download the app, you can control the bed with your smartphone! I sleep on my side, but the mattress is so soft and comfortable that I can also sleep comfortably on my back, if I elevate the head a little. It has a very sturdy frame. I was surprised how heavy the frame and motors are. Luckily, the motors are in a separate box, so you can move them easier. You need 2 people to get the frame in the house, because it weighs so much. The frame comes in 2 pieces (the top and bottom), so you can open the box and bring in each piece separately, because they are also very heavy snd sturdy. The installation had a lot of steps, because the bed had a lot of features, but you can view the video, if you need help. I have shown the bed to some of my friends and family, who have tried it and agree it is comfortable and has cool features. They want one! I am very happy I chose Nectar. This bed is my peaceful haven after a long day!

The base itself is fine and the use is very easy. However, the massage feature is a joke and the assembling is a pain! Right at the first step (connecting head and foot sides of the bed) was not really possible, because the sturdy metal parts wouldn't slight into each other. A friend came over and had to use force (hammer) to get them together. The manual contradicts the pictogram on the bed, where you connect the little wires for massage motor, LED, and adjuster (follow the pictogram on the bed). Because of that just 3 stars.

The frame works fine, but on their website description it states a 3 zone massage (other brands have head, lumbar, and foot) this one only has head and foot. When I spoke to call rep, she told me that means the different settings within the massagers were 3 zone. Overpriced for not having lumbar. After waiting 3 weeks for it to arrive, probably will just keep it.

The frame in the box is extremely heavy...153 pounds if I recall and FedEx left the giant box at the bottom of a flight of stairs leading to my front door. Long story short: If there is an option for Nectar "White Glove Delivery and Set-Up" jump on it. Once the frame made it to the bedroom and got set up I must admit I really like it. I am a senior with arthritis and coupled with the Nectar bed, it seems to have really helped eliminate morning stiffness. Back to the frame, I selected the highest option for set up which was perfect for my Art Nouveau headboard and baseboard. Yep, looks good!

2 twin xl = king size Compared to my old beautyrest recharge queen mattress, it rocks. Below is more specific. The frame arrived in 4 boxes. The 2 smaller boxes had the actual parts and almost didn't get delivered. The frame itself came as a big square in a square top box with a flat square piece of cardboard as the bottom, held together by a zip tie like pallet strap. Some of the bolts and clips were not attached inside the box, it was a miracle they didn't fall out the bottom unsealed edges during shipping. Bed pops when head goes up. Massage on head only vibrates the right side. Can't feel it on the left side. Usb sucks at charging. But maybe good to power something usb corded if I needed to. Usb's on both sides of frame. Beds slide off on frame everytime someone gets up or down, in any position. The frame is past the return, but pictures and order info may get us a new arm that hopefully won't squeak or pop.

My frame was not easy to put together! I had to get help from support to put it together a different way since the actuator did not fit at the foot of the bed! It was a frustrating experience! The reason I got it was because I read that it was easy to put together!

Love the adjustable frame and it has a message feature - just shaking. Only disappointed is that we got a split king, which is 2 Twin XLs. There's a USB port on each frame, except theres no adjustment for the split kings, so one side of the body's USB port is inaccessible. That said we have lived our whole life without USB ports in our bed and just plug our phones in the wall.

I was hopeful that we would love the split king adjustable frame. My husband and I sleep differently so getting a split king seemed like a great solution. Unfortunately we were a little disappointed right off the bat once we put the frames together and realised that the bed was quite high up. The massage feature is extremely loud and really not very effective. The worst part about this frame Is that there is no way for the split king to stay together in the middle. We are constantly pushing the frames and the mattresses together so that there isn't a big gap. There really should be a tool that comes with the split king to prevent this. Needless to say, we will be returning. However we do love the mattresses and will get a regular king size instead.
