When I received the unit, the instructions were basically non existent. After about an hour, we figured out how to make all of the connections. The instructions need to be re-written with photos to show how wired need to be ran and were connections need to be made. Also, labeling the connections and colored wires would help a lot. For example: Plug the red wire into AUX1 input on main lift motor at head of bed. Next, have a picture of how the wired need to be ran to avoid the wires from being pinched when the bed is raised or lowered. Next, on the bed controls. I do wish that I had a choice of a WIRED or WIRELESS bed control / remote. I have a tendency of losing remotes. In the NEW instructions, you need to better clarify that the remote HAS to be PAIRED to the bed, before use, and HOW to do that. Last, for the UNDER BED LIGHT operation, you SHOULD have to HOLD the light button in for 3 seconds to turn the light on and off. While laying in the bed at night and you try to raise or lower the bed and you accidentally hit the UNDER BED LIGHT button and the light may stay on for DAYS or WEEKS before you finally notice that the light has been on the whole time, wasting electricity. As far as the function of the bed, I LOVE it...

I bought one previously and when it arrived the corner of the frame had been broken during shipping. The next one I got was somehow broken in the exact same spot. Disregarding the damage, the bedframe itself is really nice and works as advertised. the comapny just needs to invest in better padding for shipping.

I have had the Nectar bed and adjustable base for a few months now and I am extremely happy with the purchase. The base assembly was easy, and the mattress is very comfortable and does offer a bit of cooling relief. Love this and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you

Overall I really like the adjustable bed frame. It adjusts fast and quiet. The remote works well. I put the frame inside my previous frame so I could keep the head board. Two suggestions. The massage works fairly well but it is uneven. The head massager is on one side of the bed while the foot massager is on the other side. So one person in bed gets a nice head massage while the other person gets a nice foot massage. Why can't they be in the middle? The other is with the USB ports. I have yet to use them. They are placed about 40% of the way from the head. This is right where you get in/out of bed. So your could hit the cables with your feet. It would be better if the ports were more like 10% from the head.

Easy to set up... Though the instructions could be more clearly outlined for someone less handy. Went up in half an hour with the help of someone else. Pairing the remote took a couple of tries, but has worked flawlessly. Delivery was a pain ... It's really at the very limit of what anyone can handle, and if you are not in the first floor, it wold be bad to assume a person could deliver it alone. Has worked great, quiet, and able to support a heavy load. Would be great to have adjustable legs to be able to use a thicker or thinner mattress or handle different body sizes. An absolutely great buy for the price!!

It’s fine but frustrating. Works great for nights of heartburn, but naturally the mattress slips toward the foot of the frame. So when you lower the head the is a lot of room at the headboard and all my pillows fall into that space. Really frustrating. So I probably wouldn’t purchase this again had I known.

I like the look of the frame. I do think there needs to be metal support bars on the sides of the frame not just one on bottom. My mattress often moves over the edge . I love the adjustable head and foot . The vibration can barely be felt through the mattress.

First time I’ve owned an adjustable bed and I could not be happier with my decision! It’s not as noisy when adjusting the bed as I anticipated. Love the memory option on the remote too. I watch tv and read in bed a lot and this makes it much more comfortable for longer periods. The frame was easily put together with 2 people and I have the ability to move the bed by myself when I need to. Wish it wouldn’t have waited so long to purchase an adjustable bed. It’s perfect with my Nectar Premier mattress!

I have had a difficult time finding a position that is comfortable. I adjusted the height to lower it a bit and that was a better fit for my style of design. The assembly was fine, until I had to flip it over. That was nearly impossible to do by myself. I had to wait until I had more ppl there to help me.

The whole set is awesome. The mattress wasn't as soft as I had hoped, but with the excellent help from customer service, they sent me a pillow topper. That fixed the softness issue. And with the adjustable bed frame, my bed is perfect. The massage option on the frame is a bit useless, but other than that, I'm in love with everything from Nectar.
