The bed adjustment features work well and I like the color and look fo the frame. One gripe I have is with the massage function. When looking down at the bed, the head motor/vibrator is placed on the right side and the foot motor/vibrator is on the left so you only one side can really feel either one and never both at the same time. But...price isn't bad so I'm still happy.

It was definitely a heavy box. My son helped me to set it up. To our surprise the whole thing was basically put together already. I had watched a you tube site on putting the bed together and he was using a lot of tools. So that was an unexpected good thing. Once together and my Nectar mattress back on, I tried everything out and it worked like a dream. I use the massage element nightly, sort of lulls me to sleep. Raise the head up a little, I always sleep better raised. Haven't as yet needed to raise the feet but did try it to see if it worked and yes to that. I’m very happy with my purchase…thanks

Super helpful for snoring, acid reflux, pain and so many other things:sparkling_heart: I wish they had the separate adjustments for each side for the queen. My husband and I are two different kinds of sleepers. Also, we have had to resort to the app to adjust our bed as the remote is on the fritz. Purchased in April 2021 malfunctions and difficulties with adjustment settings by May. Supervisor/s of Customer Service need to give their employees a refresher course in assistance friendly skills. This applies as well to their "Expert Support Team."

My husband loves it; I’m still getting used to it. It was straightforward to setup and works as expected, but is a little louder than I thought it would be. The remote is not intuitive and the M button seems not to be able to be set for a user’s “memory” settings, though the label and instructions would indicate otherwise. So, some technical issues but it goes up and down and my sweet husband’s dreams have come true.

Took about 2 hours to setup with most of that time just figuring out what goes where. The hole for one of the bed posts was slightly out of lone but thankfully it still lined up enough to screw in. Settings have made a decent difference over a normal box frame or frame setup. One issue I guess would be the appearance of it - I think there should be a headboard attachment or add-on that you can easily buy and the bed itself sits up fairly high, also leaving open space under the bed (if you have a cat or dog that could sleep under the bed, this would get annoying). Possibly needs longer frame upholstery so that it is closed off more along the sides.

We bought Nectar mattresses some time back because of their 360 day return policy. Never heard of that before or since. And we're just as happy with the adjustable bed frame. My only complaint is that I put my legs and head up every night and before I fall asleep, the legs are flat again and I've not touched anything. And, by morning, my head is noticeable lower than it was before I went to sleep. But I can live with that in trade for the comfort of the combo bed frame and mattresses. We had a queen size Nectar mattress on our old box spring and metal bed frame for just over a year. This is a big improvement. My husband put it together with very little assistance. The bed has USB outlets which is pretty handy. There is a blue light that comes from under it, but you won’t see it unless you are out of bed. There is a massage feature as well which we don’t really care much for because it is loud and mainly makes the bed vibrate, it’s kind of weird. I wondered if we would ever disagree about how high or low the bed was adjusted, since it is a queen and not a split king, but it has not been an issue.

I did a lot of research before I bought a nectar mattress, but when it came down to quality and price I couldn’t beat their offer. The bed has been amazing, our sleep has improved immensely. My partner is a snorer with a breathing issue; I just struggle with back aches from 12 hour shifts on my feet. Immediately our sleep improved and we could see a big difference. I wake up satisfied, definitely worth every penny.

I bought it a little over a year ago. About six months into it, the usb charger broke. (It was one reason that put me over the edge to buy the bed)I even purchased the warranty. I attempted to call and even emailed them to get the issue fixed. But still nothing. I guess a guarantee and a warranty are only as good as the company that gives them. Never again!
