- 4 out of 5 stars review7/12/2021I like the adjustability of the base. It moves well (no extra noise or feeling it might fail). Not super pleased with the vibration. I thought it would be felt more throughout the mattress. It seems to be more centered in the mattress and not really make it to the sides, which would be preferable with two people on different sides of the bed.

The frame had half of the zip ties cut and loose parts in box. The frame doesn’t even fit together properly. All this and it took them over 2 months to send it to me... and they sent the engine to it a week later than the frame. Honestly this company is a joke and I swear these reviews and awards have to be fake. Nothing but trouble and a terrible experience.

We will pass this al... - 3 out of 5 stars review4/26/2021There were a few minor issues upon receiving the bed and attempting to put it together ourselves. We were able to put it together, but it took more than 1/2 hour stated. Parts were missing, screw holes were welded in at an angle (for attaching the legs), and 2 screw holes were stripped (for holding wires to under the bed). Once we got those errors corrected, the bed went together smoothly. Love the functionality of the bed. Only drawback of the bed itself, the vibrating feature is hard to control. Sometimes the remote won't shut it off. Unless you are over 5'7" you can't feel the feet. And it's very loud. Even with the issues we had/have, I would purchase another one of these frames. Buttons only work upon release and then only in 1/8th incremental movements. Help! Now the Zero Gravity button stopped working. Have tried to re-program with help from the number on the "Resident" remote but still not operating at 100%. Again, love the quality! (Unit came with Resident remote and Okin control box).

I did a free trial with several other brands and this bed caused the best sleep of all of them (as demonstrated from my Apple watch data for least number of times waking during the night). So happy to have found this bed. Let me tell you NOT all memory foam mattresses are similar. They vary wildly!

It has impressive features, like the massage. But, we are not able to use it yet, because we are remodeling and, presently, living in one room and sleeping in our recliners. It will be great to be able to have a bedroom and sleep in a bed again. I looked for quite a while for an adjustable bed that had great features and was reasonable priced. This met both requirements.

The frames don’t stay next to one another and the company didn’t supply anything to keep them from separating. So when you sleep, you end up separated and a big gap between the two.

One thing we were looking forward to was our Nectar bed and adjustable frame. The new frames came and were very different. After a few months, they were sagging so far in the middle that when the frame was "flat" the mattress had a full 2-inch gap where it didn't touch the frame. They sent replacements. And lo and behold same problem. Nectar then forced me to reach out to the manufacturer, who in turn said they had a 2-month lead time to fix the bed frame. AND BTW you only have 50 days to return the adjustable bedframe so watch out for that. Anyway, I'd recommend getting a different bed frame.

I bought the adjustable frame and mattress and ended up with free items. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I'm sleeping much better and not waking up with so many aches and pains.

I do think there needs to be metal support bars on the sides of the frame not just one on bottom. My mattress often moves over the edge . I love the adjustable head and foot . The vibration can barely be felt through the mattress.

Impossible to talk to anyone, email takes forever and they want pics feom under thw bed and video of me trying to place the bar. Im solo, its heavy. Disappointing to spend so much on a faulty frame and get zero assistance with a fix.

I now am a believer. This is the best bed I’ve owned. The feel of the memory foam is soo relaxing and the zero gravity features help my legs.

The.legs.are.far.enough back so that I don't stub my toes. Love that. It is so nice to climb into bed and raise the head so I can read. It helps me breath easier instead.if being.flat on my back. I have.leg.problems. Being able to raise the door of the bed.is so comforting. Love the vibrating feature. So relaxing. Helps my hip and back pain for a better nights sleep. I have never slept better. Great value for a great product.

I toss and turn normally but with this frame I set it to zero g and I don't move at all and I wake up feeling well rested and I don't sleep well at all normally like 4 hours a night but with this I easily sleep 7! However the one I received only had 1 usb port and was haphazardly put under the frame. Very inconveniently placed as you would have to look under the bed for the port.
