I purchased during the beginning of Covid. It took months to get the mattress and several months more to get a dud frame which was then replaced by a substandard frame. While the second one works, it has a few corner tears like to first one and the USB on one side quit working eventhough wire is attached. My daughter got the cali king on a stand wood frame. It's both beautiful and comfortable. I don't feel the same about our purchase. Call me a princess but I feel the frame through the mattress.

I LOVE my nectar adjustable bed! Assembly was very easy. The bed is very quiet, upon rolling over you do not disrupt your partner. I love the height of the bed, so easy to get in and out of. Also, the adjustable head and foot plus the massage aspect makes for a perfect nights sleep!

The first thing I love is that this frame fit right into my exsiting bed frame so I still have a headboard and footboard that match my other bedroom furniture. I love that the Nectar bed frame allows up and down and ‘snore’ position adjustments, and although I didn’t expect it, it would be excellent if the queen size came with dual adjust for each person in the bed like the king size. I absolutley love the vibration settings and the different modes, what a nice addition. The only thing I took off one star for is the remote DOES NOT come with any instructions, and although I finally figured it out, it would be nice for the memory settings, and to actually know what each of the buttons do. It took me a couple of days of playing with it, and I figured it out, but when you pay that much money for something, it should at least have a sheet of paper or booklet with a few instructions.

We love our mattresses and adjustable bed frames. My husband and I have had back problems for the last year and these beds have helped immensely. We are finally sleeping again! And the price is so affordable. Every other mattress place we went to that had adjustable bed frames cost at least double what nectar charged and it is amazing quality!! Cant rave about them enough!

I like the adjustable frame mainly to raise the head, as I like to read and watch tv. The main issue is that the frame stops working intermittently. At first I thought it was the remote, but when I read the owners manual, there are instructions to unplug the frame and plug it in again when it stops working. I did that and the frame started working again. It stops working several times and then I have to go under my bed to unplug it and plug it im again. Instead of just shrugging it off and just telling customers to unplug/plug, they should come up with a way to resolve this so we don’t have to do it at all. This is an expensive frame, I would expect a quality product. Also, my frame did not come with USB ports. The massage is nothing special, it just vibrates in the area you pick, feet or head.

The frame has been great for my pregnant wife. It really helps her find a comfortable position. My only complaint is the packaging. It came slightly damaged due to poor packaging. It's nothing that affects function but the wood that is inside the platform is broken on a couple corners.

We got the split king with the electronic adjustable bed frames. Everything works as advertised. Build quality on the frame better than expected and the up and down motion and other features are all sturdy and solid. As for the mattress, I love that it’s a little on the firmer side and I love how thick it is, I think 14” or so. I sleep on my back and my side and it’s great for both. Only negative is MAKE SURE YOU LET THE MATTRESS AIR OUT FOR A FEW DAYS BEFORE USING!!! The gasses it releases gave us headaches and sore throats for a couple days and then it was gone. So I think 48 hours minimum to air out in a safe place and then you’re good to go. No problems since.

Had it 3 weeks and like it a lot but it needs a few tweaks. 1. Add a wall hugging feature so I don't lose my pillow every night. 2. Add another section to the legs, they are too short, 3. Change the color to a beige. Black goes with nothing in a bedroom. We replaced the steel legs with Cherry and added 4 inches. It works.

We purchased the Split King bed frame which is actually two (2) XL Twin adjustable frames because we wanted individual or separate control of the position of our own mattress. The first problem is that the beds tend to separate apart from each other as we move around...they do not have any method of combining the frames into one unit. Therefore you will have a gap between the two beds mattresses which is annoying when you roll over and there is a gap between the two mattresses. Second problem, the instructions for the control unit is less than basic which is irritating when you want to make an adjustment to the control back ground lighting. It is amazing that when you touch the control the unit will light up for 2-3 seconds and then go dark. In the middle of the night and you want to make a position change, 2 seconds is not long enough to find the field to press to make the change...no instructions to extend the length of time for the unit backlight to stay on. Why such pathetic instructions for an expensive adjustable bed frame.

The Nectar mattress is so comfortable it’s like sleeping on a cloud. My body seems to become one with it and sinks in instead of feeling like I’m sleeping on top of something. The adjustable frame is fabulous! It’s crazy to think that I’ve been sleeping completely flat all these years and possibly the reason for so many aches and pains as well as snoring. I sleep so much better but the best part is waking up and not feeling crippled and groggy. I love this new bed!
