This was the best purchase I’ve ever made! The frame was easy to setup, the massage mode is fun and relaxing. The different positions you can be in is incredible. I love the zero gravity and the sleep button. I literally don’t want to get out of bed. I also purchased the mattress, which is so comfortable. I’m very happy.

The frame and mattress are everything they claim it to be. Very comfortble. Howver I boubht the sheets and pillow covers which are so sheer and lightweiht they slip off the matress or pillow with any movement. The sheets need stronger elastic and more material under the matress to actually hold them in place.

The mattress is too firm and so are the pillows from the Serenity Sleep Bundle. I can’t operate the control to change the position of the mattress. I read all the comments and purchased a 2 inch topper and cover. If this doesn’t work, I will have to replace it with a softer mattress I can sleep on. My son tried the control to adjust the bed after assembly and it worked. I don’t know why it didn’t work for me. I weigh less than 90 pounds. Is that a reason the mattress doesn’t contour to my body?

I am really liking it. However I have a couple of things to say. Mine 1 of the 2 we have. When I put my feet up it then will loose air or whatever it is that keeps it up. Then also we got 2xl singles. And the idea of the plug in and USB port is great. But when you put the 2xls together one cannot utilize or use the plug in or usb. So I really think you should take that into consideration if you know that the 2 will be side by side. Other than that I am still glad I had money at the time to invest in them. Has made my sleep with my fibromyalgia do better. Thank you Crystal Ray

I never thought I'd used this everyday but I do. Reading, relaxing, elevated sleeping. I suffer from acid reflux sometimes. No problem with this frame. Even my wife likes to sleep slightly elevated. Lying flat feels like you're hanging upside down now! Lying flat actually send you into a deeper sleep ones you've gotten used to being elevated must off the time. Only complaint would need the blue light that shines from the USB ports. I had to unplug them so it wouldn't keep me awake.

The frame was fairly easy to set up and works well. Compared to a more expensive brand, the movement of this frame is not quite as fluid. But it has all the features I would like. My only complaint is that it seems to get twisted if it is adjusted with one person on the bed, and a second person comes in the bed later. The result is that one of the legs may not be resting firmly against the floor and it will wobble a little bit. This issue is easily corrected by moving the bed flat and then moving it back to where you want it.

Well I was excited about buying a frame that raises my head and feet. I had no idea it also does head, foot, or both massage functions AND four USB ports, two on each side. It came with leg extensions so I could choose my bed’s height. The remote also has a low light flashlight, great for looking around in the middle of the night. FYI it does not come with headboard brackets. I am very happy.

After too many years on the same bed we stepped up this year and invested in us with new adjustable frame with new mattress. Still amazed at the difference. Able to lift legs (no more body pillows needed) and raise head and shoulders for comfort or TV viewing. A lot quieter than we thought and we love that we set the angles...or not. Fairly easy to install, set up and program (bit heavy, but solidly made). Absolutely love settings available and ease of remote pairing and setting. The massage is amazing, thought this would not be our favorite but dare anyone to turn on the legs and not fall asleep before the timer runs out. Zero Gravity is a good place to start then fine tune for your own memory setting. And then the USB ports for charging your electronics. Nectar thought of everything. Such a difference sleeping all night without soreness and stiffness...WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Terrible quality control. Product not as described. One solid leg v 2 that can be used as different lengths. Was not high enough to fit our frame (would have been if legs were as described). Missing parts. Broken leg. Cracked frame. They do stand behind the product - just keep sending you replacements. Still taking cracks at it.

My husband is a huge fan of the messaging, just wished there was heat. I like the fact the bed I feet and head go up and down. My only complaint is we got the king split and sometimes when my husband adjust his bed position it moves my bed. I also wish we could connect our beds and get gather so they don’t move away from each other, that issue will resolve itself as soon as put an area rug under the bed or get rubber feet. I would definitely recommend this bed it’s very comfortable and the fact that it came with everything you needed to sleep in right away was awesome.
