My daughter and son-in-law set it up for me before I even arrived in their home. I don’t think they had any problems at working. They didn’t mention it if they did.

This Frame is amazing. it moves smoothly to just about any position you could imagine. The built-in vibration(which I didn't even know about) is AMAZING. It's very sturdy. And, most importantly, it's very affordable.

Great adjustable bed however one of the split king adjustable base stops responding and I would need to unplug and plug the system in order for it to work again.

Assembly was quick and easy. Works wonderfully and I am getting the best sleep in a long time. It feels wonderful and gives great support in many positions.

The ability to position the frame is great but the mattress slides side to side needing to be re-centered frequently. The USB ports are fragile, you can’t put any pressure on them.

I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that the usb connections are only on one side of the frames so when you pair them together ( 2 twins make a king) only one side has access to the usb connections as the other is now in the middle. Useless.

It may be the best purchase I have ever made. We have a split king so my husband can elevate his head so he doesn't snore. I can sit in bed and read without piling up pillows and straining my neck. We are still discovering all the features.

I wish they had this frame when we purchased our first Nectar bed many years ago. My wife's favorite feature is the built-in light underneath that is activated through the remote.

We love our new adjustable frame. I work with aircraft and my knees kill me by the end of the day. Nectar mattress and frame help me sleep with comfort and support. Best sleep in years!!

Bed frame works great. I sleep really good on the “G” setting. I would give have given it a 5 if the frame didn’t not make noise during its adjustments, it squeaks. Do recommend it..
