My bed originally arrived damaged and the customer service team immediately shipped a new frame, it arrived within 2 days. The second frame has worked perfectly and is so nice to have the feet elevated after a long 12 hour shift.

Not really thrilled with frame could be better as in video you can see the one side decided not to work but not sure why it happens often i will call customer service and see how that goes

Love the bed but the adjustable base on the one side has some issues and have not been able to get anyone to call me back to help me rectify the situation. If it wasn’t for that it would be great.

We purchased our Nectar adjustable frame. It was very easy to set up and learn how to use. It works great with our Sleep Number bed. It is quiet and moves efficiently. The vibrating feature does seem to shake the room.

Have trouble breathing. With the adjustable bed, I can position it in a comfortable way. I sleep better with the head slightly up. It also is great for arthritis. Not to hard or soft but follows your body curvature.

We like our adjustable frame especially when you need to put your feet up or even just to enjoy TV. My biggest complaint about the adjustable frame is the amount of noise it makes moving from position to position.

My son helped me put the frame together, the manual instructions weren't too clear for me but I watched a youtube video and that was great. I love zero gravity.

The split king is a life saver. My husband and I sleep differently and the split king was a wonderful option. The snoring setting has made a huge difference.

The adjustable frame makes it easy to customize how you want to sleep for the night. We have a split king. Each of us can sleep in whatever position we want without disturbing the other.

Very comfortable and easy to adjust. No instructions in packaging, but found online. Wanted white glove delivery, but due to covid, not available. The business Nectar recommended was not good and unfamiliar, so that was disappointing.
