An amazing set for the price. Bottom cushions are firm for support, back cushions are softer. Fire table gets nice and hot. Very well made. Took 2.5 hours to assemble. Tools included ratchet which was a life saver. You’ll need to either have it delivered or have a trailer, as it comes in three big boxes, only one of which will fit in a large SUV. Large cover keeps everything protected in the rain and it folds up to the size of a small duffel bag. A little hard to clip the pieces together so everything stays as one unit but that was the worst part of the whole process.

Excellent packaging, tools you can actually use! Comes in 3 massive boxes on 1 pallet. Very good quality with cover that covers entire patio set. Will have for years to come!

We use our sectional almost every day. It is comfortable and we were able to use our current rug and curtains with the neutral color. The Sunbrella fabric is a fantastic, neutral color and I was able to find coordinating fabric and purchase pillows as well. The reason we purchased the Lewistion sectional instead of the Athena sectional was the configuration shown on the website. We needed the right-hand set for our space and due to the configuration, we knew the cover would only fit a left or right configured sectional. After we sat up the sectional in our space, we put on the cover and it was a left-hand cover, and would not fit. To protect the sectional coming into our rainy season, we placed the cover on wrong-side out, for full coverage of the entire set. I contacted Sam's Customer Service and was able to get another cover sent, with proof of purchase and pictures of the cover on the set. Within two weeks, a replacement cover was received and it was the same, left-handed cover. I contacted Sam's again, and was told the left-hand cover is the only cover available and they would get back with me. They keep in touch every two weeks or so, but have not heard of a solution. The Athena set is the same size as the Lewiston set and there is probably just one configured cover provided by the manufacturer. The inside-out cover has kept our set dry thus far. I hope to hear back from Sam's with a promised delivery of a right-handed ccover. If we do not receive a right-handed cover, I will take both covers and design a right-handed cover from the two. The current cover has a thoughtful design, so re-jigging the two covers will be somewhat simple. It will take several hours to complete, but then I will have a cover that will fit correctly and provide the protection with the fabric being right-side out. We still give the set 5 Stars.

Overall, a beautiful set. Comes in three large boxes. Love that it has a winter cover. This will take about 2 1/2 hours to assemble. One area for quality improvement… the fire pit tabletop threaded bolt holes do not align with the base. Had to improvise. Otherwise, would have given five stars.

We purchased this patio set and initially loved it. Unfortunately, we discovered two large cracks in the surface of the fire table, one of which caused our neighbor to cut his finger quite badly. We returned the fire table and exchanged it for a new one at our local Sam’s Club. However, after getting it home, we found another large crack in the replacement. We suspect it may have occurred during transport, which suggests the fire table is extremely fragile. We are very disappointed that we now have to either exchange the fire table again or return the entire set. Given the price of this furniture, this should not be an issue. Based on other reviews, it appears we are not the only customers experiencing this problem. Sam’s Club should take a closer look at the quality and durability of the fire table included with this set.

Although the couch is great quality and the cushions never stay damp - the fire table really disappointed us. After only 2 weeks on our deck it developed 2 large surface cracks. Sam’s Club will not replace the item even after providing pictures.
