I have never had an adjustable bed frame, and I couldn't be happier with this one. It has so many possible combinations that there's no way to be uncomfortable on it. The movement is very soft and quiet, and it makes your sleeping experience feel so luxurious!

This frame is amazing. Easy to set up and worked from the get go. We got two twins to fit in our King frame. We carried them up separately and installed before we got the mattress. The remote is wonderful and even has a flashlight. The buttons light up and turn off after use. The frame has to set buttons for relaxing (zero gravity) and one for watching TV if you'd rather not mess around. There's also a massage button for legs or back which is essentially vibrations but still nice to have. This frame is really awesome for the price and I wish we'd purchased this a long time ago.

Since you do not do set ups on your product I found the frame to be super heavy to move and set up. Fed Ex left it in my yard and I had an awful time getting it into the house. Finally had to hire someone. On the good side, it is very quiet when you adjust it.

I purchase a queen size adjustable bed frame. Eleven of the plastic pin bushings were damaged during shipment. I requested replacement bushings but was told they could not send me these parts. I was told they would send me a replacement frame instead. I told the service contact to not send a replacement bed frame because I thought it was a waste of their money to ship two bed frames and I did not want to disassemble the initial bed frame and try to repack it for return shipment. I bought a copper pipe and made my own bushings/sleeves. I need to purchase another adjustable bedframe for a different bed but I am concerned the needed split king bed frame will arrive damaged too.

We really love our new adjustable beds. We always watch the news in bed and now we don't need a few extra pillows to prop our heads up. It's so nice being able to elevate the top and leg sections of the bed for a better night's sleep. My wife really loves the massage units at the upper and lower parts of the bed,she uses it every night. We couldn't be happier with our new adjustable beds and Nectar mattresses...Thank you so much. In theory the frame is easy to put together. I found the reality of it very different from easy. After I read the instructions, I tried to attach the two base pieces. They should have slid right in and I could go to the next step. Not so fast was the reality. The two pieces did not align. Get one side in by a fraction of an inch and the other side was slightly out of alignment. The inside edge of the male connector was hung up on the connector of the female end. Customer service tried to help but they were clearly a sales help operation and not used to dealing with manufacturing defects. Not wanting to go through the hassle of trying to return it, I ground down an edge of the male connector on both sides (not very much) and sprayed it with WD40. It went in and I got through the rest of the assembly in short order. I would not buy this frame again.

The Nectar mattress is so comfortable it’s like sleeping on a cloud. My body seems to become one with it and sinks in instead of feeling like I’m sleeping on top of something. The adjustable frame is fabulous! It’s crazy to think that I’ve been sleeping completely flat all these years and possibly the reason for so many aches and pains as well as snoring. I sleep so much better but the best part is waking up and not feeling crippled and groggy. I love this new bed!

The massager is a game changer. With 3 vibration controls along with 3 levels of intensity just makes for an excellent night sleep. If you are thinking about purchasing one, go ahead because you will love it. The only improvement I can think of is the location of the USB connector. If you are going to place your adjustable frame inside your bed frame you probably won't have access to the USB connector...which by the way is a great feature!

I purchased the bed in My 3rd trimester of my pregnancy, hoping to get a good night's sleep. My daughter is currently 1 week old today and I will say aside from needing a step stool to get up and down. I'm 4'11" and had to have a cesarean. This bed truly is a blessing! The vibration helps circulation on my lower legs and feet which are still swollen! And the adjustment in the head and feet allow me to breast feed comfortably. My partner and I both fall right asleep after feedings him more so! Lol. I definitely give it 5+ stars and definitely recommend! We love it!

We’ve had the bed & bed frame for about 5 months now. It’s nice, it’s sturdy & loaded with some cool options such as massage & zero gravity mode. The reason I am giving it 3 stars as opposed to 5 is because our remote does not always work. It started to malfunction within the first month or 2. I am not sure what the exact issue is as we did not drop and/or spill water on it. It sort of just works whenever it wants to. I have to physically unplug the frame and plug it back in for it to start working again. Kind of a bummer considering how much we paid but it is what it is I guess…
