I had lower back surgery 2 months ago and was in a hard bed for about 6 weeks. We ordered our Nectar split King adjustable bed and it was easy to assemble. The first night I used the zero gravity setting and finally was able to sleep thru the night. It's very comfortable and worth every penny. The only drawback is we didn't buy a bed frame and the mattresses move to the side and separate in the middle, but not always. Otherwise it has been a great buy for my wife and I. It's unbelievably nice to be able to adjust my side of the bed to however I like and not affect my wife's side. I highly recommend this bed to everyone.

The experience to assemble the product, its quality, its feature, and no single complaint were all perfect. The only point I'd make is that I bought this product together in a bundle with the Nectar Copper Mattress, the main reason I chose to buy the bundle is that I was trusting both would work perfectly together since the same company sells both. To my surprise, the Copper Mattress is too tall and it looks weird when adjusting it... it does the work, but I bet any other of the mattress versions would have looked much better. I think that, at the very least, you should show a warning to buyers that such a tall mattress won't work as well as the normal or possibly even premium versions would.

Very pleased with the bed frame purchase. The remote options make it easy to automatically adjust to a position or manually select. Love the height of the frame coupled with the Nectar mattress. It allows me to easily stand up out of bed instead of having to push myself up as would be the case with a lower frame. Minus one star because there are USB connectors in the frame that help negate the need for another electrical outlet but mine do not work.

We bought the twins so each of us could have different adjustments. The massage function is something I don't really use or appreciate. It's just noise to me. The wife says it does not massage enough for her and turning off after 15 minutes is not long enough. The multiple adjustment positions is very good.

The bed is versatile, and so far all working well. It’s heavy, and hard to move. The experience with Nectar was very frustrating . They seem to have a popular refrain, which is, “well, you can do that, but you’ll void the warranty“. It came up on a couple of different discussions. In the most perplexing case, the instructions that came with the bed tell one how to mount a regular headboard to it using extenders sold by nectar. They show you in the instruction book how to attach it. So I called nectar to buy one. It was told they don’t recommend it. I pointed out that the instruction booklet did recommend it. Again told me that’s not recommended and it may void the warranty. I pointed out that this was quite frustrating, that it clearly shows that they have parts that could be attached, and more In told I can’t. The response, “well you can do whatever you want, but you’re going to void the warranty. “

After purchasing and quickly returning the Sleep Number bed, we were desperately searching for a good night's sleep. My husband discovered the Nectar website and quickly placed the order. It is like sleeping in a hotel bed. We love it. It adjusts up and down and has an amazing massage feature. We could not be more happy!!!

The setup was fairly simple. Two people put it together right in the room. I love that there are pieces included to adjust the height from the ground. The remote lights up in the dark and is ready to use right away. I can adjust to my favorite position quickly and it has smooth transitions. Watching TV has never been this comfortable. I am loving my new adjustable frame. I don't know why it took me so long to make this purchase.

Despite the manual indicating an optional headboard mounting kit was needed to mount a standard Queen size headboard, I was told by the online support representative that that product does not exist. So if I want a headboard on my brand new queen size adjustable frame, I will have to figure out how to make mounting brackets.

I was so excited to receive my new adjustable bed and with some help got it set up, just to have the freaking thing break. I had it a whole 3 days and it just stopped working. And forget trying to get help from nectar customer service. They are not helpful at all! Instead, I had to go through the warranty. I've been waiting this whole time to have someone come out and fix this stupid frame. Between the customer service at nectar and the warranty customer service, I honestly have to say don't waste your time. If you want an adjustable bed and better customer service, go elsewhere! I may have my bed fixed within a month.... If I'm lucky. That's months having a bed and it not working. Great use of my money... Not!

This nectar frame and mattress are working well for me. I wake up refreshed every morning as well as pain free. When my back hurts so bad, I can hardly stand I go lay on a heating pad on my new bed, turn on the massage option and feel the pain ease away. I love my new bed.
