Weeks after the mattress was received (one month after having been billed for it), the bedframe still has a defective power supply where the bedframe will only work with the backup batteries. The batteries are not strong enough to handle moving the frame very far. Support was notified and after repeated contact, there still has been no resolution.

At first when I got the Nectar mattress, I thought it was the best! It felt like you were laying on a cloud. Then about 2 months in, I started getting bad lower back pain. No worries I thought, I must've just twisted wrong or something and I would just go to the chiropractor and get adjusted. Fast forward now 8 months later...my husband (someone who has NEVER had back issues) can't even get out of bed in the morning without having extreme low back pain. We would even rotate the mattress about every two weeks just incase there where low spots wearing into the mattress foam. Finally less than 1 year after buying the Nectar we bought a completely new bed, and after about a week, absolutely 0 back pain. The Nectar is a joke.

The frame is awesome once we got it together and got the remote to pair. One of the hidden frame nuts spun in the frame and we couldn’t attach the leg. I had to hold it from inside the frame w a needle nose plier and tap the thread out w a tapper. Then I had to peen the top washer over the contour of the inner frame so it wouldn’t spin. Once together, the remote wouldn’t pair. We read instructions carefully. We tried downloading the app but it wouldn’t load onto the android phone. Maybe the phone is too old? But according to the specs, it should’ve been available. Eventually got the remote to pair by holding both buttons on the receiver and one on the remote simultaneously until it paired. It’s got lots of features and is awesome. Just the assembly was a pain.

I very much enjoy having the bed frame. When it works, it works like a charm and is very easy to use. The issue I have is that it stops working. I have to constantly unplug it to "restart" the frame in order for it to work as it should. The remote will light up but nothing happens with the frame. After unplugging and plugging it back, it works again. It doesn't matter the position in which the frame is in, it will stay stuck until I unplug it and plug it back in. It gets annoying.

I love my new Nectar mattress and adjustable bed frame! I recently found out that I have a compressed disc in my cervical spine and the zero gravity setting works perfectly to help relieve some of my pain. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and the remote did stop working once. I had a hard time finding any troubleshooting information but once I reset the frame by unplugging it and then plugging it back in the remote starting working again.

I purchased during the beginning of Covid. It took months to get the mattress and several months more to get a dud frame which was then replaced by a substandard frame. While the second one works, it has a few corner tears like to first one and the USB on one side quit working eventhough wire is attached. My daughter got the cali king on a stand wood frame. It's both beautiful and comfortable. I don't feel the same about our purchase. Call me a princess but I feel the frame through the mattress.

I love my full size adjustable bed frame! The bed frame has made a huge difference in my sleep. Now I can easily adjust it to help with asthma and acid reflux. The massage feature is amazing! The instructions could have been just a little more clear. However, putting it together was pretty easy. I love the addrd feature of 2 phone charging ports on both sides also.

So far so great! We have really enjoyed our split king adjustable bed frames. They were fairly simple to assemble (once we figured it out :wink:). They have been working perfectly and even fit inside our existing IKEA bed frame. We did have to pull out the inner supports but the headboard and footboard and side pieces all connect to each other so it was a simple matter of just sliding the adjustable frames right in. It also helps to keep the mattresses from sliding (though that does not seem to really be a problem anyway). My favorite position in s the zero gravity and I LOVE the programmable memory positions! We don’t use the massage functions (except when I turned it on one time by accident and thought I was just having a muscle spasm in perfect rhythm for a few moments!:joy:). Overall a fantastic buy!

The base itself is fine and the use is very easy. However, the massage feature is a joke and the assembling is a pain! Right at the first step (connecting head and foot sides of the bed) was not really possible, because the sturdy metal parts wouldn't slight into each other. A friend came over and had to use force (hammer) to get them together. The manual contradicts the pictogram on the bed, where you connect the little wires for massage motor, LED, and adjuster (follow the pictogram on the bed). Because of that just 3 stars.

So glad I got this base I was thinking of a traditional platform. But I use it multiple times a day. Raising the head beats stacking pillows up behind you. At first I was not impressed with the massage but now I need a daily it’s so relaxing. I just wish the USB ports were easier to access but other than that I have no complaints.
