I ordered for my elderly mother that has been dealing with degenerative disc disease, sciatica, and other related excruciating pain. SHE LOVES her bed and is sleeping so much better than she has in years. Though it took a very long time to receive, it was worth the wait.

I am impressed by the heft and quality of materials used in the manufacturing of the Nectar bed frame. I am a restless sleeper so I give the mechanism a workout each night. The bed is absolutely perfect for me, and I'm so happy to have found the Nectar bed online.

Well I finally decided to buy an adjustable base, we put it together and not only does it not work, it’s a half inch too short on each side. When we try to put the head up it goes at a snails pace, sounding like there is no power then after going up for a few seconds immediately goes back down, finger still on button. Same thing with the feet. And of course, we decide to put it together late so that a phone call cannot be made. I’m so furious right now. I do not spend this amount of money lightly, not to mention what a pain this thing is to even get in the house, but to have it not work even a little!?!? Huge disappointment….HUGE

We have been using the Nectar Adjustable Frame for about 16 months now and we are very well pleased. I really enjoy going to bed to watch TV before drifting off to sleep. I only rated it 4 stars because the message part is virtually useless. Even with that in mind I would have rated it 5 stars except for the fact that we haven't had it long enough to attest to its durability. Would buy it again and do recommend it.

The bed works great. I use it with a sleep number mattress. Much much cheaper price. The only thing is this bed is heavy!! You will need help setting it up. I live in an apartment and it was incredibly difficult to move the awkward shaped box across the street and into my unit. Once assembled, I love it.

While I do enjoy my new Nectar adjustable bed/mattress, I have encountered a problem on occasion where the bed won't respond to the remote adjustment control. I have had to unplug the power, then replug it in order to regain control. Not a major problem, but I was wondering how to make sure it doesn't happen too much. Please advise. It is wonderful otherwise.

I never thought I'd used this everyday but I do. Reading, relaxing, elevated sleeping. I suffer from acid reflux sometimes. No problem with this frame. Even my wife likes to sleep slightly elevated. Lying flat feels like you're hanging upside down now! Lying flat actually send you into a deeper sleep ones you've gotten used to being elevated must off the time. Only complaint would need the blue light that shines from the USB ports. I had to unplug them so it wouldn't keep me awake.

Per my phone conversations with several customer service representatives. Here are the additional photos you have requested to issue our refund of the faulty bed. We tried to have the issue remedied by requesting help with technical support and /or new parts. After a month of having a a faulty non working adjustable base we are fed up with trying to get it to work and paying people to install it and uninstall it. As per our conversation, You can pick it up and refund our money. We are ordering a bed and frame else where.

Very pleased with my new Nectar mattress and adjustable base. Just in time. One week after setting up my new bed my sister shared her Covid virus with me and I was so sick….but I had a comfortable place to sleep and get well. Doing much better now. Thank you.

I bought the king size adjustable frame and mattress. I absolutely love them both. I have back problems and the adjustable sections helps me find the right position to get rest. I also like it for reading. It comes with a mattress protect with is key! My son wet the bed on night but nothing got on the mattress itself. so that was really great. enjoy!
